I just went back and found an older video of you live streaming Skyrim content. A new land mod. The crazy Scottish merchant. Your such a natural at hosting and playing Skyrim I really enjoy these. I pray I get to see more in the future. I caught myself laughing out loud at least 6 times.
Hey dude, Asina's VA here - thanks for supporting the mod, and (whilst $6 might seem OTT, it's worth it for) keeping projects like this equitable for all the volunteers! It's exceedingly rare that Skyrim mods pay their VAs, but I love anything that contributes to the Brotherhood/enables VAs to share their love of modding, so I hope this mod getting traction may inspire similar efforts from the rest of the community! Look forward to you continuing with the other half of the questline, if and when you do
First off great work. I just hope Bethesda does a bit of quality assurance with the creations because mods like this get buried under what feels like scam mods. Then there is the whole Bethesda's Starfield micro transactions of cutting up questlines that just delegitimizes what I can see as a benefit to hard working passionate creators.
"A new hand touches the beacon. Listen, hear me and obey. A foul darkness has seeped into my temple, a darkness that you must destroy." "You. You must take the Lexicon. Free me of my burden."
They spent all their money on the voice actors (which they did a decent job), but there's the two problems, one is there's no truly uniqueness to this to be worth buying it, there's no unique models, Asina should have unique spells, like a "shadowy fire spell" that isn't loud by nature (not needing to have the "silent cast" perk) and her reward should be the spell tome for it, The Stormblade' Herald should have a unique model for the price they are asking, and the Second problem are the bugs, these creation at any circumstances should not have bugs at all, the enchanted weapons are pretty much broken and in a unusable state. You can get better Dark Brotherhood expansions for absolute free on Nexus, and they are WAY more robust than this.

Just food for thought, Skyblivion is going to be HUGE. Watch any of the promotional videos, everybody knows how great it looks and how much unbelievable work is being put into it. The quality looks to be greater than anything officially put out (or approved of) by Bethesda. It is entirely done by volunteers. They don't make anything. They don't even take donations. That is what the Elder Scrolls modding community does. So, I ask you, does Skyrim _need_ to have paid mods to sustain a dedicated fan-base and modding community? Or does having "paid mods" that can be "officially approved of" despite being of lower quality than what you can get for free just end up discouraging creation and further confusing the already messy lore?

I really want Vanilla skyrim to add more guilds and factions to the game. Imagine, a Morag Tong sect in Skyrim. Of course we have the Dark Brotherhood, but the Morag Tong were way more elite and professional.
Morag Tong have nothing on the Brotherhood. Brotherhood controlled the entire continent of Tamriel except for Morrowind. Morag Tong only had control of Morrowind. The Tong got the crap beat out of them and had to make a peace deal with the Great Houses. Brotherhood had sanctuaries and even schools to train members all over, the Tong didn’t. Being xenophobic doesn’t make the Tong elite and more professional. The Brotherhood was clearly the more professional and elite guild. Imo the Tong is merely a branch of the Morrowind military that works to eliminate enemies within its borders, like Homeland Defense. I wouldn’t call that professional and elite, I’d say they’re glorified government employees at best.
I'm old, but this is the problem I ran into years ago when it comes to custom 3D models. The software to make the custom models is really, really expensive. If you are going to use the model to make money in any way, you have to purchase the commercial version of the software. On top of that, there are a limited amount of people who know how to do it, and have the time to do it without wanting a boatload of cash for doing it. (I'm old, so maybe this isn't true anymore, but that's how it used to be.) Skins and re-textures are a lot easier to make, and they also are easier to add into other platforms, which is the problem you mentioned.

Here's a question: isn't the Listener the one who gets to learn about the contracts via the Night Mother? Or is that not exclusive? I was under the impression it was supposed to be.
Yes that is the case. Mother speaks to Listener, Listener tells the Speakers what to do, the Speakers tell the sanctuary matrons what to do and so on. It’s all compartmentalized.
Oh thank goodness it's just a creation club thing. The title had me briefly worried that the game version had updated again, breaking tons of mods ... again. But I should have thought for a second after reading it. They wouldn't add anything of substance like quests for free, who am I kidding? But, who knows. Any day, they could still decide to patch in some "bug fixes" for ancient bugs that have already been solved by other mods or simply don't matter, update the game version, and create many many many more new bugs where everyone's skse no longer works! -Fixed a bug where no hit audio plays if you punch Tolfdir on a Turdas while it's raining while wearing stalhrim boots. Game version updated to 1.6.9950. You're welcome :)

None of them are worth the fans paying for these are mods made by the players if Bethesda thinks they should be paid to improve their games and they should then Bethesda can pay them 🤷
Asina: thank you for all you have done listener yeah yeah NP so uhh think you can clean my room... Asina: ... i listen very well... n im looking for a new hand to touch the beacon
I agree. Unique items never getting new skins has been the biggest annoyance in Skyrim since it's launch. They really need to start giving unique items new skins if they're going to keep adding to the game. I pray to the 9 that that they stop this uncreative lazy skin texturing with items in Elder Scrolls VI. Especially if we get more blacksmithing in the next game. I think the look of items should change everytime we improve the quality to show it's quality is higher until it's maxed master crafted. Also if we get all these different types of arms/armors. There should be options to make light, medium, and heavy versions of each one to have greater versatility of equipment. And in the process give the black smithing skill more use for characters that use each type of gear. Right now easily half the armors on the smithing tree are useless to stealthy builds, because they hinder stealthing since heavy armor makes alot of noise. Then the enchantments on them could give them even more unique looks depending on the school of magic or element type applied. Then even the most basic equipment can appear unique with different paired enchantment school types on them Could that be a bit complicate for a system? For a old system like skyrim sure. But if they can get complicated as they did with settlement building and weapon/power armor customization in Fallout4. or what they did in Star field. That much shouldn't be a issue now.
That’s not complicated at all, not even for an “old” system like Skyrim’s. Morrowind used to be like that. In Morrowind you could wear clothes with a robe and armor both overtop. In Morrowind you could wear 4+ rings and multiple necklaces. There was also a far wider range of armor, weapons, and spells. Morrowind was honestly the best game when it came to being an RPG imo.
Bethesda didn't really add it to the game if they are only allowing them to be available via paid-microtransactions. I was thinking these were maybe snuck in that new update that came out rhe other day.
It kills me how people complain about paying someone for their work. If your boss said I want you to work an extra two hours everyday for a month but we’re not paying you for it I doubt you’d be ok doing that for free. But you want other people to do so? Thanks for the video Danny! I love your play throughs! ❤
I don't think it is the concept of modders getting paid, the fact a LOT of crap mods will be thrown in with no way to tell if they are this level of high quality or low effort meme tier trash/pure scams for the same price... there is no way to tell without buying it an then hoping the mod works in the first place as like Minecraft Bedrock, No Test Previews or Refunds, trust of continued updates. Including the idea of stuff that was free becoming paid ONLY... like the rumor i'v seen that this very mod "or a mod very much like it" was free at one point on Nexus or something, then taken down 6 months before this released. Just feels like Bethedsa going the Minecraft Bedrock route, and it could get worse. Next like Bedrock, they are locking down the creation kit so only there "Approved Creators" have access to all the tools for ES6, every on else gets almost nothing/no free mods.... which is my biggest worry honestly. A little tin-foil hat'y but this is Microsoft we are talking about here..... they would sell your soul if they could make $.50
I can’t seem to be able to hear their dialogue, just the subtitles, and their faces are all weird. I bought the mod on Xbox, does anyone know how to solve this? Everyone seems to have no issue with it. I disabled appearance mods, and anything that could affect them in some way, and still happens. Could it be the USSEP mod?
Storm blade is also one of the titles ulfric gives you during the civil war quest line if I remember correctly. I wonder if there’s a connection to this faction and the storm cloaks or if it possibly was the storm cloaks.
So it's not just me with those unexpected dragon souls? Thought it was a bug, or someone tweaked one of their mods, between playing in the last month and when I last played it the back end of last year.
Three hours of game playing fully voiced.Yes, I think six dollars is reasonable The more I think about him in the dark brotherhood in your character, being the listener doesn't really make sense to me. If they're gonna make you go out and do quest should've had someone else as the listener like cicero
Bethesda needs to stop messing with the old LE version of Skyrim, after that last update I was afraid that all my work with modding would be like all the comments I've seen regarding this update. Many have complained about it breaking things, again, as many updates have done before. Thankfully the game hasn't been broken for me yet which means others are still able to continue playing the LE version too. Which is good because if I lose the ability to play the version of Skyrim I prefer, then I will boycott all Bethesda related things. I refuse to let corporate greed push me into something I don't want. That said, sorry ESO but I can't give this video a like because of it being for SE. I did like what you've shown so far in other videos, but will not support the SE or AE versions of Skyrim. Glhf & gg.
Yeah , why can’t Bethesda allow gamers the simple freedom of leaving a 10 year old game??? It’s like they’re mad we still enjoy it! Fuck Bethesda, I haven’t bought one of their games since fallout 4. They are actively and intentionally doing things that work against us.
personally, i think this is worth $6 (: the models for the NPCs may not be original, but the voice acting is very nice & istlorn specifically is an unhinged silly guy whose dialogue options are pretty amusing & funny sometimes! "i'm flattered, listener, but at least buy my dinner first" when they went to the inn made me laugh a genuine laugh & convinced me to purchase LOL. plus, new armour, weapons, and followers !! asina's story of revenge was also intriguing imo because who doesn't love a good ol female rage character (not me, i love it). obviously it won't be everyone's cup of tea & there's a lot of room for work/improvement, but it's still fun & new nonetheless!
One thing that annoys me about skyrim is there are tonnes of light armor options when it comes to quest rewards but i cant really find any decent armor sets for heavy armor other than the ones i make and enchant myself. The game is very heavily tilted to assassin/stealth characters when all i wanna do is play some barbarian. Then again im yet to finish everything in the game so maybe im wrong.
I meant her initial story. Not her being abused. I've recently done some work for the charity 1 in 4 in the UK which is named because 1 in 4 people suffer sexual abuse before the age of 18, so I'm fully aware of the stats and the effect it has on people.

None of them are worth the fans paying for these are mods made by the players if Bethesda thinks they should be paid to improve their games and they should then Bethesda can pay them 🤷
For some reason the option for them to follow me isn’t showing up, therefore I cannot start the quest by talking to them outside
Danny am a little sad that The Dark Brotherhood don't do questing like ES4. IE radial questing after becoming The Listener
Asina: thank you for all you have done listener
yeah yeah NP so uhh think you can clean my room...
Asina: ...
i listen very well... n im looking for a new hand to touch the beacon
6usd is quite expensive. but a fully voiced questline is rare so may be worth it
This and Kinggath’s Bard and East Empire Expansions are really well done.
It being Dark Brotherhood makes it even more worth it!
i love your content bro :) always look forward to your videos
Is it actually added in to the game? Or is this only EXCLUSIVE to Bethesda Net?
will this content disabled achievement or is it like the creation content that came with the anniversary edition
Them cold bony hands must have been putting in work😂😂😂
Then even the most basic equipment can appear unique with different paired enchantment school types on them
Could that be a bit complicate for a system?
"Bethesda just added" is false. Fans added it and you have Stockholm apparently.
A little tin-foil hat'y but this is Microsoft we are talking about here..... they would sell your soul if they could make $.50
So this means the Rorikstead daedric cult is canon
they should just keep updating skyrim tbh, id be happy with that while we wait for elder scrolls 6
Time for a new playthrough !!!
Why can't I see the creation? I tried doing some things to make me see it but nothing works
Oh, that was you (who made the Daedric connection)
What version of Dawnstar is that? With the big ship?
So what happens if you never played the dark brotherhood and instead shut them down from the start and got rid of them?
You'll have to start a fresh character and join the Dark Botherhood unfortunately if you destroyed them
@@RobT192 thanks for the reply, appreciated
$6 for 3 hours doesn’t seem horrible. From the start anyway. I’ll edit my comment if my opinion changes by the end of the
Storm blade is also one of the titles ulfric gives you during the civil war quest line if I remember correctly. I wonder if there’s a connection to this faction and the storm cloaks or if it possibly was the storm cloaks.
Wait is this only for PC or for also PlayStation and Xbox?
Glhf & gg.
Shouldn't you backup your LE .exe and make sure to turn off automatic updates?
@@brade1393 YT blocked my reply to you, which means I'm rejecting their ads.
UPDATE: YT restored my comment... STILL REJECTING ALL ADS!!!!!
They can update any game they own even if it sucks
Simple fix, don't mod
Great, now i have to update all my mods again, thanks Bethesda 😭
Any good mods to recommend for a Ps player, for a whole new experience.
Will you play skyblivion?
The weapons should have a custom look!
Vampire Dust is an Alchemy reagent. It doesn't necessarily mean he was a vampire.
{:o:O:}
personally, i think this is worth $6 (: the models for the NPCs may not be original, but the voice acting is very nice & istlorn specifically is an unhinged silly guy whose dialogue options are pretty amusing & funny sometimes!
Would installing this creation disable achievements?
I haven't watched an ESO video in a few Years glad You're back on skyrim
Hey ESO!
Any news about the updated modlist? :D
IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU
It looks pretty dope
One thing that annoys me about skyrim is there are tonnes of light armor options when it comes to quest rewards but i cant really find any decent armor sets for heavy armor other than the ones i make and enchant myself. The game is very heavily tilted to assassin/stealth characters when all i wanna do is play some barbarian. Then again im yet to finish everything in the game so maybe im wrong.
what is the mod or creation called and can you get it on console?
Her being assaulted as a child isn’t really a stereotype when it’s extremely common and can be proved 💀
Priests being r****** is the stereotype he was referring to, I think. And regardless, stereotypes exist for a reason
I meant her initial story. Not her being abused. I've recently done some work for the charity 1 in 4 in the UK which is named because 1 in 4 people suffer sexual abuse before the age of 18, so I'm fully aware of the stats and the effect it has on people.
How can I resolve the invisibility issue with the bow of shadows?
