Div2 isn't going to change, they wanted to make it division lite and thats what it is.
Div1 will always be the true division experience, i bet we see someone pick this game up and continue updating because the players are there...there is NOTHING else like div1...it is so insanely unique and bc of that it will not die

Yeah I understand that some people say 1.7 was better but the fact is that div1 is still being played by the community and the build diversity is through the roof. Ninja bike hybrids, high end hybrids with gear sets, 6 pc classified builds...you have so many ways to build and they are all viable since the game has a high skill ceiling.
Div2 has been dumbed down so much that there isn't much to work with as far as builds go, but thats what they wanted, a more casual friendly game.
I hope div2 ends up on a decent note though, its got so much potential but the devs are taking that away with each update
Seeing you upload a Div 1 on my notification blew me away and you don't understand how happy that made me man if they make a div 3 it should be Div 2 PVE but DIV 1 PVP combined to 1 game with a Div 1 size dark zone

BWA Slix it is too late. There’s no more devs left who worked on Division 1. To fix Pvp devs have to build a new studio with new members. So it won’t be fix.

The #1 thing I’ve noticed between both games and their PvP is how the buffs and heals make the gunfights in your favor. In Division 2 it’s like use everything in your arsenal and hope it’s just one guy. And in Division 1 it’s all about keeping your buffs up in a flow state and staying healed I 100% feel like if the armor system was removed in Div2 and had something similar to Div1 the PvP would be more like in the video. Not to mention increase the size and player count in Div2 DZ.

This... this was where its at . Div 1 was a trainwreck but it eventually became a solid game, division 2 on the other hand was a solid game, but is a shell of the original.
Division 1 had such a great solution for builds - no limitations on what you can or can’t wear. Call it nostalgia, but I think that farming for gear was better in the first game - obviously it took a long time to get there, but during the peak of 1.17/1.18 you actually felt overpowered when placed against those spongy NPCs.
To be honest, I even liked playing the incursions just because I cba to get 7 other people from my circle of friends to play raids for the first time.
I remember the streams. Every new patch that came out always had people complaining. The PTS, sticky bomb DZ builds, OP Midas on launch and so forth.
I just wish they continued supporting this game, it definetly could have been given an extended lifespan like R6S

Damn!, this made me feel for buying the division 2, i always said it, the division 1 is way better, even the graphics look cooler, the snow theme and not that bright boring new world.
Massive needs to revisit Div 1 they lost so much progress that they had. Mechanics that work well didnt transfer to Div 2 not to mention content like underground and survival .
Massive should really give this game another update. Whether that means a new Global Event, a map extension, new guns, or a new DLC. They should know TD1 was much more popular and widely known.
Global events are still active and the community is still in div1...literally still alive as if 2 never came out....because 2 might as well not exist since its just pure trash

I already think of something smaller that would make all the difference. It would be enough to simply add to the TD1 (pc) an anticheat system as there is in TD2 and I believe that many players would return.

That's one thing I miss from Div 1, you could be tanky on a "glass cannon" type build, especially with 6 piece striker considering you healed by shooting enemies
I miss the Division 1 exotic weapons. Showstopper, The House, Big Alejandeo.. Back when exotics were actually useful because they were straightforward. They did a ton of damage or they had a talent that made them more useful than non-exotic weapons. Now the devs are worried about keeping exotics "balanced" when, by their nature, they're not SUPPOSED to be balanced!
the classified gear in this game was so fun to grind for and so exciting to get div 2 needs to add the simple builds back
Remember when grinding the PVE content to get good PVP gear was still a thing?
And it was exhilirating to get all those set pieces together and then destroy people in the DZ
I mean the PVE "raids" were still stressful trash but at least the rewards were cool

If you roll forward in the middle of the roll animation you can pop a medkit if you wasn't aware. Can come in handy if being pursued & need to pop a heel without losing ground.

Theres always at least one manhunt station active, if not 2 or 3 of them

The gritty dark feel of the division 1 was awesome but the game needed a lot of work. I still enjoyed it and play the division 2 on/off. The second game felt massively better.

I was so sad when this game started dying because of the div 2 but if people keep on playing I will reinstall it because I honestly liked this one better than the second one this game was legendary
If only high profile streamers like widdz would come back to Div 1 regularly and bring back the glorious feeling of PvP, I think many people would come back to Div1 and make servers more full and enjoyable
I love Division 1, the classified builds such as Lonestar and Predator feel very satisfying. I wish I could say the same for Striker, but I don’t have that yet.

Lmao I recently downloaded this game too. This game is 100% faster than Division 2. Division 2 went for polish and put my weight on your character but I love how fast we move in this game. Even the enemies are fast in all the actions they do. But they aren’t given 100% accuracy like Division 2 AND in Divison 1 you can take a crazy amount of shots from elites without dying.

Hey you seem like the only youtuber still doing D1 in 2020 and i am intrigued because i need help, i havent been playing long but i liked it. I stuck at GS 275 and cant get any higher gear drop and keep getting dropped in DZ by rouges because i cant deal any damage. I am a little lost because i dont know what to do to achieve what you did in the video, you 4 shots a purple, kill multiple players at once its unreal. Being shot at by so many mobs and players but still so tanky i just dont know how

You can actually change MTU settings for the division on PS4 and get into darks on by yourself by the way I just tried it today it never used to work but it works now I'm not sure if it works for the division 2 but I'm going to try it but I was playing the division in the dark zone all by myself for hours and I enjoyed it
