Hey Ricky Mate I was feeling the same way before I got married very nervous & anxious. My wife’s cousin spoke a bit of English that helped me out on the day. Mate is was the best experience and day of my life. All the worries went straight out the window. Everyone helps you and makes you feel so special. My mum was on her own and she was ok. Loved the wedding and had the time of her life. Everyone looked after her as well. Even though the language barrier was there it didn’t matter. Everyone had a great time and communicated with smiles and gestures. So don’t worry mate, enjoy the day.👍🏻👍🏻🇦🇺🇦🇺
We’re so happy and excited for your upcoming wedding Ricky! You’re also very lucky to have wonderful group of friends in the TH-cam community not to mention Rungtiwa & her family….and of course your side of the family! We think it will be spectacular and cannot wait to watch it😊 Thank you for sharing this video :)
Hello from Norway! Nothing to do with your videos really, but I always giggle when I see the auto generated subtitles/translations. My favourite intro so far is : hello sweaty Ricky nissan here... Good luck with your upcoming wedding🖖
@@RickyIsaani laugh at that but someone who lives there explained it to me, i thought it said sweaty carbs lol as in food lol, but the ozzy accent sounds sweddy cap. Love ausy accents a lot like uk (sorry) my siri is a ausy chap iphone, lol most scary ausy john jarret (wolf creek) scary man lol.
So happy for all of you!!! Since you're asking, I would recommend to go with less complicated and less stress... Then everyone, including the bride and groom , will get the chance to relax and enjoy the event asking with the guests...My Filipina wife and I had a nicely catered reception for 40 persons... It felt perfect...
Your special Day Ricky will be very beautiful celebration !!! Really Gorgeous wallet By Nat fantastic talent shining through of the Koi Fish , Your Aunty Sharyn has should be Thrilled !!! Totally love the ladder on road but job getting done. !!!! ……………………..🌼🌸❤️…………………
Rumtiwa’s village looks really lovely, the paddy (padi -Malay for rice on the stalk) fields out there. Do they have different names for the rice at different stages? On the stalk, threshed out but uncooked (seen drying out in your video on the blue tarps in this form)and cooked rice?
The Koi wallet is stunning, what a beautiful gift waiting for Auntie Sharon when she attends for the Wedding. That map is fantastic for setting goals as you and Rungtiwa become a family soon. Great hearing about the thai traditional wedding. The sunset was stunning over the rice fields. Thanks for sharing 👍
Happy to hear about you visiting LOEI, will be eagerly awaiting videos from there. Gonna try to make it there this year in December to be with the Mrs. and our son.
Thanks Ricky for sharing Thailand and its unique food and culture! I am so very happy and excited for you both on the upcoming wedding. Congratulations! 💕
Hope it all goes well Ricky, I remember the nerves well but just enjoy it all. Will be in Chaiyaphum for a couple days right at the end of January if you happen to be around 👍🏻
The wedding ceremony is fairly straightforward. Just go with the flow. The challenge is getting all the required documentation together for the Thai marriage certificate. Chok dee.
We had our Thai wedding in Bee’s village in Bua Yai , but it was in 1988 and as Bee is Christian it was not a Buddhist style wedding, and yes we are still happily married. Wish you both all the very best Ricky for your special day🙏🙏
@ a bit similar mate, we had a Christian reverend, which was certainly a first in that area of Thailand, but it was a normal Christian ceremony as well. Looking forward to seeing your wedding on camera mate, it should be amazing.
@ yeah wasn’t a great deal back then mate, but Bua Yai is a decent size now, unlike Bua Lai right next to it. There is even talk about making Bua Yai a province now and separating from Korat. Bee’s Mum and family still live there, we go back for a visit once per year.
Everything will be just fine, remember where you are and the people who will be with, you'll be surrounded by lovely smiles and plenty of people who will tell you what to do next. Don't start micro-managing yourself, and there will be plenty of loving and familiar people around for the twins .... enjoy the day and just let it flow. Don't worry about the pants not being long enough either, Thai wedding pants end just after the knees and then you have long white/black socks, just like the Dad's of the 60's in Melbourne😃
Good luck with the map Ricky getting all the provinces ticked off. We have been to every province in my 45 years coming and living here, but you have plenty of time on your side👍
@ yeah mate we still travel around quite a bit, next month off to Rayong for a friend’s retirement party, then in January down to PKK for Joe and Gift’s wedding then in February back to Australia for a holiday, first time back there in 7 years.
❤👍🏻Ive bought a purse that he had customed made. Its beautiful with a laughing Buddha, waterlily & also a mantra. I have put a shoulder strap on. Also 2 woven tables, which are also beautiful quality. Have a great weekend. 💞💞💞💞
No rush at all. But Thailand is alot more conservative than the West, let's not forget this one. Might discuss this on a video. Eg, your unmarried daughter with no children, if she goes to live with her partner, it'll be expected that they have plans to get married - that's the culture here 😃
