A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis is useful for more than just organizational analysis - it also provides a framework for self-study and planning, and for presenting one's self as a prospective employee. In order for a SWOT Self-Analysis to be helpful, however, it has to be honest and specific enough for actionable follow-through. This webinar explores the Do's and Don't's of a SWOT self-analysis, using BUSA 670's Week 2 / W2 Discussion Question 1: Personal SWOT Analysis as an example.
