    I use to have a tendency to think very negative thoughts and jump to the worst case situation. Through therapy, I realized it was the way I grow up & it's all about reparenting myself & positive affirmations. Also number one thing is leaving it up to God. Thank you for sharing this msg 💛

    I do not entertain negative thoughts anymore. I have been listening to Earl Nightangles message "The strangest secret in the world". Anyone reading this find that video on TH-cam, the one in black and white and listen to that audio everyday. Soon it will be easier for you not to entetain negative thoughts.     There's such a thing as toxic positivity. That's what this sounds like. Fact is you will forever have negative/positive thoughts. But who says which is which? You do! In fact, its just a thought, when you realise that, and stay balanced then you are truly healthy.
