I have the iconx 2018 and I have very little sound in just the left ear bud I have reset them on their own, in the case, and with the app. I have also uninstalled reinstalled the app the app is up to date the ambient sound is off an I am still having the same problem...do you have a fix for that?? Any help would be great....thanks
So no ear wax all clean actually made a claim with Samsung they sent me a new pair less the week later I'm having same issue with the same ear bud. The other one is fine. Does anyone have a fix? Thanks
@@vanessa31966 Put simply, there isn't one, Samsung doesn't seem to have a fix for this. I have the same problem, sent mine back. Samsung should admit defeat and recall all of them.
I have a Note 9 and i recently updated to the Pie software, i find now my Icon X (2018) are very staticy now. I can hear the conversations (podcasts) cut in and out or the odd word gets super loud for a sec and then goes back to normal. The IconX software is up to date via PC/USB. The Samsung wearable app is also up to date. i also unpaired and repaired the IconX to my note 9. Please Help.
There could be a problem with the Bluetooth, but first, try connecting to a different device and see if that changes anything. We do offer services here if you would like for us to see if there is an issue. JoesGE.com/pages/repair-services
@@Joesge yes i tried individual and both at the same time as well as hardware reset. Im thinking my left side is actually gone because its got power as it will change songs, pause and play
My right earbud doesnt make anysound, its like if i had a wired earbuds and u have to be in a certain spot to be able to hear something like something Is loose or ...idk please help me, it's like the sound stutters

My left earbud charges in the charging case but when you pull it out of the case there is no power at all to it I have pushed the reset button and there is no flashing red light like on the right earbud but since the earbud is charging in the case I do not think that the battery is dead I am hoping that a software update will possibly fix this issue

I bought the 2016 Model and didn't know the 2018 model came out. But the problem with my model is that the left side won't couple with the right. I put both of them in the carrier and nothing happens, I also reset both of them and nothing happened.

Hélio Dias de Brito Teixeira your case is dead. Put the headphones into the case and then plug the case into the wall and the red lights should stop flashing and start charging
Hélio Dias de Brito Teixeira I had that problem, that is suppose to mean that your case it too low to charge it but in my case it was fully charged and charged the left earbud but the right wouldn't work and wouldn't charge, called samsung and they just said to return them, luckily I bought from bestbuy with warranty which is what I feel like you need with any truly wireless earbud, they fuck up and go out more often than they should

Thanks for watching! If the red light will not show on the charge case, that likely means that the metal contacts for charging have been damaged. Try putting extra pressure on the charge case or putting a thin piece of paper or cardboard in with the ear buds to make it have more pressure on the contacts. MD.
Now that I've seen the software, I can totally see how they could partner with Spotify and transfer offline drm licensed music via this application directly to the onboard music storage of the earbuds, much like a Mighty player works. Samsung already partnered with Spotify on their Gear watch so hopefully they make this a reality on the earbuds in the future.

The screen in the earbuds may be clogged with earwax. Clean out with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Hope this helps.

Put them in pairing mode. Make sure the bluetooth is on, on the PC. And then press the iconx and connect through the computer.

Both earbuds charge, tried this method and the screen removal but my left side has no sound what so ever. Any ideas?

Sounds like a unique issue. Send them into our repair center, and we can take a look at them and give you a free estimate.

There is a good chance your earbuds are faulty
My left earbud is not recognized, I've already tried resetting
My earbuds were working fine, and suddenly the right one is off, when I try to charge the red light keeps blinlking, and wont charge.. is it broken ?
Try to update it and reset it as well.
