7:54 "Prime miniature" the Freudian slip we never knew we needed 😂
Was it a slip. I rewound (showing my age) that part 5 times because I thought I was hearing things. Definitely a moniker thar should be used throughout the election campaign
@@darrenowen3199 I use it whenever I can
You don't get out much do you! "Prime Miniature" has been around for a long time.
@@georgewaters6424 bit of a stretch there mate. I wouldn't equate my life experiences with the dictionary knowledge of nicknames political commentators use for MPs.. because "I get out much"?

James, watching from New Zealand and I'm fascinated as to why they have been in power for 14 years.

Because Labour is no longer for the working class and just runs the country into debt. Furthermore, the Blaire and G. Brown era is still raw in the people's minds. The Lib Dems are Dictators and crazy, disillusioned WOKE.

Did James just call Rishi Sunak "Prime Miniature"??
… but he should have! Little runt!
He certainly did.
Don't dare take it for granted that the Tories won't win. You can't take anything for granted in a post-brexit, post-trump world.

If he used an umbrella , he would have been labelled The Wally with the Brolly ala Steve McLaren 2008.
He presided over the 2008 crash as an investment banker and made money and has done the same in the past 8 years he has no guilt, he’s to arrogant, I mean pure arrogance!
How do you preside over a world event when you are employed at a bank? You might as well say the same of every investment banker going. If you do a bit of research Nigel Farage was never an investment banker. Trawling through the internet Nigel Farage is listed in a number of places as a commodies trader, specifically in the London Metal Exchange. He never apepars to have worked as an investment banker ever.
When you are presiding over something you have some influence over it, technically the dictionary definition means "in charge of or in control of." So, you are saying Nigel Farage was in charge of the 2008 finicial crisis that was the US mortgage sub prime market afordability and repayment problem. The people in the UK who presided over the 2008 financial crisis for the UK were, the prime minister, chancellor of the exchequer and the governor of the Bank of England. Those people were Gordon Brown (Labour), Alistair Darling (Labour) and Mervyn King (appointed by Gordon Brown). Whilst you might not like Nigel Farage, you credit him with too much power and influence that he simply never had in 2008.
@@iggysfriend4431 No, you misunderstand. He was part of a team specifically engaged in masterminding the events leading up to the crash. It's not just guilt by association.
@@Non-Doctors-Music Which team was this, when was he appointed, what was his role, who appointed him, whom did he work with on this project?

My base is Montreal Canada, and I usually listen to a recorded version of the program on u- tube. There is no way for me to participate live.
I have a question to ask on the issue of who contributed most to the damage the UK is enduring presently....and my question is this :
While persons in power have the ability to effect serious damage at the national level and beyond, isn't it also true that there are always systemic conditions that are , over time, preparing the environment for such persons to occupy a position of power in the first place.
Shouldn't we look to tackle the problem at those systemic levels in order to prevent the cause of the damage at its roots ??
In the scientific world that's exactly the approach taken to remedy damage causing problems. Otherwise , most systems will develop unsustainable conditions leading to not only significant damage but also irreversible damage.
The country is a system and there are many examples of people who caused their countries an irreversible damage and which led to serious long term negative consequences.
Maybe Sunak sees a war coming.
@Lesiga1 Correct! Sunak is getting out, he has no intention of being a wartime PM.

Answer: meat contains water. During freezing, the frozen water molecules grow in size, like tiny crystals that grow and over time disrupt the texture of the meat. The slower the rate at which it is frozen, the worse the effect. The red fluid after thawing is the «juice » of the meat.

He wants the GE before all of that chaos because he has plenty of money for war but not for nurses, psychologists, care assistants, local council workers etc.

The only reason he couldn't wait any longer was the long term view is only getting worse, and he knew it. Between now and January 2025, things, as bad as they are now, are going to get worse.
Only Labour can introduce new policy which can turn things around.

Whenever I see a JO'B pop-up I laugh and remind myself some people think he's an actual journalist :D
he's called it because a) he knows they've already lost so what's the point, pull the plaster quick. b) He wakes up each morning curled up like an ickle feotus in the corner of his massive bed (normal sized really) petrified about the next wave of disasters of the day and has run out of underwear to cope. But in all seriousness, he's doing a cammy (david cameron) and getting out before the storm hits.
Who's to blame for the state of the nation? In an ideal world the blame would fall on the entire Tory party. Personally, I think it should be the architects of austerity, division and Brexit... Cameron/Osborne. Those that followed just ran (on steroids) with what they introduced.
The economy is based on a GDP of 3.5Trillion $
Which generates a budget of only £650Billion.
