I love how relatable you are. No sanding the boards, no chamfer this, no round over that, no make sure you use the best finish in the world! This is a simple no frill project and you executed it as so. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing the knowledge. If I can get back to my woodshop this will come in handy.

I purchased your file today. New to CNC and this will be my first attempt.

Hey, man - try adding a "finish" toolpath to these on the first cut: use a 90° V bit or a 1/8" roundover/form bit to run a chamfer on the cut lines (just cut 0.12" deep). Then, do your cuts outs inside the face shapes with a 1/8" compression bit so the hard edges are pre-finished. Clean, sharp bits help prevent the tearing, too 🍺🎃👍

    Great videos!
You mentioned using an 1/8th" bit in your last video. If you use that for your marker cuts between panels instead of the 1/4" one, you won't have to cut those twice.

That's a great idea! I had slightly considered that, but was too lazy to redo my file spacing. Although in the long run it'll pay off a ton. Thanks for the comment!

Are you sanding them down before selling them? I made about 45 of them(your file is awesome by the way I sold 9 before and haven't posted them online yet lol) and it seems like it would be a ton of work sanding them just for 20 bucks each.

That's great to hear! Nope I've kept the "rustic" look with them. Like you said that's a lot of work!
