Calibration Curve Method in Hindi This video explains how to prepare standard dilutions, weights, slope, intercept, calculation of unknown concentration.
You can do value addition to your presentation by making use of scientific calculator where in all values of standards are given equal weightage to calculate Slope and intercept as well as R value. Most interesting part is without actually drawing graph you get all these values from calculator.
Ma'am i think it is not a right method As we have to get the value of m and c from the equation after plotting line graph, not mannualy by using formula Itz a calibration curve method
This is absolutely wrong. You have to convert concentrations of solutions to mol/L aka M. As the beer-lambert law involves the concentration term whose units are in mol/L and also the molar absorptivity coeffiecient whose units are L/molcm. So please correct this.
Brother absorptivity and molar absorptivity are 2 different things,I think mam is right you are wrong..because 8n absorptivity there is no need of molarity, we can use concentration in mg/ml .😊
very much good informative video
Very nice.
Well explained.
very helpful mam
Dear Mam thanks for this useful information all procedure is very clear thank you so much
Thank you so much ma’am

very good
Very impressive lecture
Glad you liked it
Dear ma'am can you make a video on standard addition method ? And This video is also v. helpful for understand👍
Dear mam , after knowing concentration of unknown sample, is It possible to calculate % assay in any Drug Formulation ? plz reply
Good leature ,
informative
Mam jo stocks ya dilution banana hai vo kisse banana hai first stock ya dusre thoda confuse hu clear please
good
Thank you
Very nice explanation 👌 👍 👏
Keep watching
So helping videoo
👌👌👌
👌
Very well explain
Glad you think so!
👌👌👌👌
Maam slope kese nikale explain example ke saath
In case of y=mx-c..we can use this type of standard curve for calculation or not? ...please reply me mam ..its urgent
Yes you can use this type of curve

Thanks, You explained very well, i have a query that jo Sample ka concentration aaya hai, us se % me result kaise find krege. Plz reply
