Thanks Alan, nothing more frustrating than fishing in the wind and at times dangerous. You know what they say, even a blund squirrel finds a nut sometimes 😂
I can be serious about fishing we do luv P. 🌊 otherwise 🌊 🛥️ 🌊. Alan Fong I do have a question.. I was wondering both days… how far offshore do you have to be before you can’t see land? How much gas’s… I would try and catch the tide both ways.. how many miles is my question??? I daydreamed it a lot …. I’m terrified of what could happen. I’ll still go!
Depends on lots: how good your vision is, foggy, cloudy, raining n lots factors lol

I lost my last white fish trap and red swimbait head I bought at the sportsmans show last January. Where can I go to replace them and what is the name of the head you use? I cant remember and threw away the packaging. Anyone that can help with this is much appreciated.
They are the Blade Runner Brian Willits Swimbait Head. You can find them on tackle warehouse or if you're in Sacramento, Reggies tackle shop

@@norcal_angler5310 Thanks! Do you know where I can find the old Fishtrap swimbait? I heard the company is back in business but cant find them anywhere.
We went back for the lingcod out of Tamales. Bait is available if you know how… Raul From It’s all good fishing showed me the ropes for the bait. We took on the Pacific Ocean alone. First trip was impressive for me. Second time I knew how to get them in fast. We put a few rock and one ling. Not very big. My friend P. wasn’t ready for the pacific.. He shut down. We had to leave. We tried dying Dillon for halibut. He still didn’t finish. We moved inside the bay. He was still done ✅. I have to say I was cool till I smelt it in the truck.. We took him out to eat first. N he did pay$ Thanks 4 That P. Funny Now.. more ice than fish.. 👎 Wondering if he is still sick 😂. For Christmas I’m getting him one of those rod holders for the bank.😂 I could on N on Fong!
Thank you so much. It's unbelievable how much you help the California fishing community. You're a legend.
Just enjoy helping others catch some fish

Alan's living in the future!
Always looking into my headlights lol
I'm gonna try Pittsburgh next month.
The stripers are already there if the wind would let up!
Looks like alot of fish moving under the boat. Could some of them be sturgeon? Thanks for the videos!
Stripers and salmon I think lol I had trolling motor on spot lock

I'm using Bladerunner and VMC boxer both in 1/2oz redhead. For Swimbaits I'm using Sudden Impact 5" and Ballzy Baits
Delta fishing 1to 5ft scares me. I dont like large shallow bodies of water.
That's where the big stripers go to feed on bluegills and squawfish as they live in shallow water where it is safe.

@AlanFong he probably gets sick in the shower 🚿 . I was just getting warm up on the Lingcod.

Delta crappie video, please.
I did one last year you can go back and watch it on YT
You’re Sitting on top of a sturgeon.
Check the graph! Check the video @ 8 min.
That sturgeon isn’t afraid of you this year Fong.
It could have been but it could been a stripers also. When a fish sits under the boat and doesn't move it will print a line across your screen lol
