Many requested the Producer & Writer Sherdil "Nomaan khan" to bring Sherdil back as they missed watching it in cinemas. It will be again on the Screens of Pakistan on 20 December.
Sherdil is a direct outcome of an effort to break the stereotype plots dealing with depiction of friends & foes. The main focus of the Movie is to change the perspective of audience by the way we conceive anyone as our enemy. Sherdil, will make people realize that how enemies can be transformed in to good friends. How we can establish long lasting bonds with people by just changing set perspective in our mind. We can win the hearts of others through logic and good humor. Sherdil story depicts the passion of an individual who is in love with jets and their speed. The main element of the movie is situations with a tinge of humor that will make people laugh from beginning till the very end of the movie. The story will establish the fact that two ace pilots representing two enemies can be transformed into good friends when they meet on a neutral platform. This very fragile thought has been projected in a very remarkable manner and will surely fills the hearts of the audience with great respect and realization on the power of friendship and how through our positive attitudes we can make this world a better place to live. Another important aspect of Sherdil will be the realistic portrayal of the characters, incidents, emotions and sentiments. This aspect will cater another strong need of the audience as they would surely want to see jets, speed, action and thrill and would get fascinated by them. The story has a universal approach in it and it is going to appeal the masses across the globe specially the Arab speaking world as movie’s 30 Min is shot in Dubai. In Dubai we shot two songs in which we will depict the intimate bond establishing between the hero and heroine . The songs are choreographed in such a manner that the audience will feel the intimacy between the two. They will be looking stunning in their chic and extravagant dresses and will be dancing and rejoicing their togetherness. Moreover, we have tried to shoot at traditional locations of Dubai. There are many other meticulously choreographed scenes depicting the bond between different characters, their intellectual yet witty discussions, their passions and choices in life and their ability to embrace diversity. Sherdil was released in more than 35 countries on March 22, 2019. Movie has a universal approach and we would like to spread this message around the world, therefore, we have subtitled it in English. The success of any project depends on its competent team. To cover this aspect, NK Pictures have hired the services of an expert Director of Photography (DOP) who has worked on several Hollywood & Bollywood movies. Fast & Furious 7, Star Trek and Indian movie, Tez are few in the long list. Animation on a movie is huge charge which is a key reason for such a movie's success. We have involved a VFX artist of international fame from Cape Town. Besides that, pride of Pakistan Mr Mukeem Khan, who has worked in many prestigious projects of Hollywood like George of the Jungle, Flubber, Final Fantasy and Armageddon is member of advisory council and monitored the project for its smooth and flawless execution. Movie Sher Dil is the unique scientific amalgamation of action, love, humor, thrill, family values and emotional bonding. The main aim of this movie is thorough entertainment of the audience where they must leave the hall having a pleasant feeling in their hearts and also with great realization of building lifelong relationships. In recent years we have seen lots of car chases and fist fight movies but think when was the last time we saw an Aerial Dogfight movie of modern jets. Top Gun - 31 years ago. 1 No aircraft combat movie would be cool to watch if it were realistic by today's standards. With missiles that go to Mach 4+, planes have almost no chance.

Yes, the scene where the Jf-17 engages with its guns is pretty unrealistic, the mirage 2000s probably would have been detected several miles out by land-based radar and would have been shot down, or it could be the complete opposite, but this movie overall is pretty unrealistic in terms of the aviation side of things, still pretty good tho

Good quality CGi but lots of errors if we look at it logically.
Mirages have no need at all to engage JF's in a dog fight...They have enough firepower to deal with them atleast from 60km off.
Besides , mirages are used for deep strikes by IAF...If such a scenario happens in real, it would be the su30's who would be engaging opponents in dogfight. And JF's would be sitting ducks in front of Su30's in an actual dog fight (it's a technical fact)
The only thing that PAF has to match su30's are their F16's.
Now, back to the scene, there are 2 things shown, which will never happen.
1. JF 17 beating Mirage in altitude climb. Like seriously???
Mirage has a service altitude of 17000 plus while JF tops out at 14000. In reality, the scene will be other way round.
2. Pilots having long conversations midflight (even to the adversary 😂😂😂). All this during a dog fight where EWU's from both planes would be aggressively trying to disrupt radio signals.
I can understand that indo pak movies tend to rely more on passion than logic, but even then such blunders could have been avoided.

During vajpai period when samjota express started kargil happened apparently by pakistan side and currently when imran khan was about to open kartapur pulwana was orchestrated allegedly by india resulting in 27.02.19. Despite nonescalatory military actions and return of abhinandan nonconditionally no resiprocation came by indian side for peace. However, looking at current mindset change in pakistani decision making side and ousting modi's government i am positive that post next indian elections greater chances will be given to peace talks.
Our general perception is that modi is responsible for violance and india declining reputation globally, what is general publics perception within india and if you may know in hindu dominant localities/states within india. Thanks!

1) You are questioning Mirage 2000 - Let's see if you can handle some G. Yes it can and has a faster rate of turn & service ceiling than JF-17.
2) Heat Seeking Missle going past its target heat source and hitting the mirage. This is a freaking joke. Maybe if JF-17 would have dispensed flares to divert the heat-seeking missile.

In case they created this scene to show their air superiority, they just lacked technical intuition and obviously experience too. The Mirage is used as an interceptor. Delta wings are built for hi speed chase. Same for Rafale. Ground attack fighters have straight wings, built for carrying high payloads at lower speed. F16 wing geometry is between delta and straight. Good for turning and used as a dog fighter. (IAF: Bravery and Physics)

Along with that, it doesn't matter if you have the Brahmos Missile, Pakistan has the PL15 Missile.
Lastly, it doesn't matter if you have a missile with more 50 km more range. What matters is the ability of that missile to lock on. It needs to have the superior angle, superior height and superior speed. All that is extremely difficult and a difference of 50 km is nothing.

Dear brother, Sherdil is in the cinemas of Pakistan. I watched it with my complete family. It was full of action, comedy and romance. Whole cinema was full of laughter on military & situational comedy. I highly recommend you to go and watch it in the cinema. I enquired, about TV Or You Tube release, I was told that this would not be available on Till next one year as the movie is still on screen in Pakistan & Internationally. Lastly as it has aviation action, I think you will not be able enjoy or feel it on the TV or Computer screens.
I watched it 3 times and met few who were there for 6th time.
