4.5 Gallons of cold water
4 pound bag of Sugar
2 McCormick Root Beer extract (2oz bottles)
5 Pounds of Dry Ice

Do you put lid on when done then tap it out ? Do you serve over ice in glasses ??

Don’t use a lid because the pressure can make it explode. It can go in a regular plastic cup without any ice. Don’t allow any dry ice to be consumed

Thanks for sharing your recipe, as well as the Dangers when using Dry Ice! I worked in a lab & used Dry Ice on a daily basis! I saw another video recently that an adult was an Idiot demonstrating dangerous things with dry ice! I hope kids or teenagers don't view it...
