I remember the controversy that followed this back on MTV when this aired in 1987. Some people were saying he did this just to get some time in the public. Andrew Ridgeley's solo album also had some songs about sex. The first track released from that album was called "Shake" and then another called "Red Dress" which George Michael did backing vocals. George Michael was gay, he never had any baby mamas.

Did he really say that? I remember he said he enjoyed sex with both men and women and the only reason he didn’t have sex with women was because he was in a relationship with a man at the time. I also know he stopped having sex with women because of the HIV epidemic. In today’s world, we would consider him to be bisexual but in his day, he was gay.
