You can get three free skins from I think lucy, trader at the lumber mill near Vault 76 which includes gun metal .

The great thing about the atom skins is you cant accidentally scrap or trade the item with it on.

@FalloutDez Yes, it was limited Nuclear Winter reward from a Halloween event, so it will be pretty rare to see someone having it as it's no longer obtainable. I miss Nuclear Winter too
