Gold on black calligraphy tutorial | Without gesso| Bloopers at the end :)

Assalamu Alaykum
This video is all about creating a smooth black background with a secret tip that can be used to skip black gesso and make it suitable enough for the gold leaf.
Products I used:
-10*10 square canvas
-Black acrylic paint
-Flat base brush, medium round and a detailed round brush
-Matte finish varnish by ‪@bluebird-arts‬
-Gold leaf adhesive and gold leaves by ‪@MontMarteArt‬

Yes you can do Arabic calligraphy but, not Quranic verses.

@@dulanjanapremathilaka7168 Quran is muslim’s holy book that has Allah’s words delivered to us in Arabic language and it has different chapters with verses or you may say the chapter’s content in form of some lines. Those have special meanings and lessons for us which is highly precious and can only be written by a muslim. But since, Arabic is a language and can be spoken or written by anyone with any religion. So you can write anything in Arabic other than Quranic verses.
