It's great watching your adventures Dutch and family! Always interesting seeing the old ways of milling. Looking forward to seeing the peacock pen. Thanks for sharing this wonderful adventure! 👍😊
I would love to come and spend a few days and nights on the creek property. But at 71 years of age and in Ohio, it's just a dream!! So, I'll keep watching you all!! God Bless!!
That’s cool how you take the opportunity to teach someone a skill that they could use . It’s camaraderie, kindness & and example of the good person you are.❤🎉😊
We used to live in a big forested area. We had a big chipper/shredder to clean up branches because trees would fall over or branches would come down. My husband cut firewood and sold it. I love seeing how your millsaw worked. Kevin was a big help to you. Loved seeing the deer on the trail cams.
Happy to see the sawmill up and running again. I think the peacocks will be happy to have a home and a nice safe place to roost at night. Great video Dutch.
Since that was your neighbors first time he did a great job. That was nice of him to come help you. He even said he could do that all day. Thanks to your neighbor Kevin😊
That is some gorgeous wood. Yall are some hard workers. Love the photos of old saw mill. Super cool! The peacock pen is gonna be awesome for them to hang out in. 💕🌹💕
Aw Dutch! Totally awesome! Loved watching the milling! That machine was awesome! Quite a video!!! Never saw anyone cut lumber on their property! Pretty cool! Thx Dutch for a great video! Blessings from OKC. ❤
How very cool that you can mill up that huge tree! I was really prayin you could. Your friend Kevin was such a help, Sean. So glad you weren't doing that alone. Looks like Kevin was enjoyin that. Can't wait to see your peacock pen. That is gonna be one HUGE pen and beautiful to boot! Great video! I could watch this all day long! God bless.😊❤
Hi Sean, I enjoyed watching you do the milling today. I like watching you do it!!!! This was fun. Thank you Kevin for helping Sean out today milling! Great job fellas!👍👋 Until next time 👋 ❤🙏😊🇺🇸👍
I like it when you use your saw mill. When I was 11 and 12 my grand father and me cut tress down with a cross cut saw and built a log barn with stalls, tack room, and a hay loft all done with hand tools.
Awesome and cool video! Really enjoyed your cool video! What a nice neighbor you have to help you. Can't wait till your next week. Love y'all and God Bless!❤
Hi Dutch and Family. I love watching yall working on the property to make it better Love watching you running the sawmill. Nice slabs of wood. God bless and love yall ❤❤
I recently saw a peacock aviary on line that was beautiful -- round and very high -- maybe 16 or 20 feet tall and possibly 16' diameter, but no run, and made with some type of metal -- sort of an ornate design. Wouldn't fit in with your homestead, but the measurements might. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
I wish we had all that equipment you have Dutch! We built our log house without milling our logs and chinked them but with you having the mill there you could mill two sides and start stacking them and start building a big shed or a building for equipment in it or beds in it. That'd be so cool to have on your property!
I was hoping you could mill that big log😊! Good idea of cutting it in half and having 10” wide boards👍🏻! Thanks Kevin for showing up and helping Sean out with the log and getting to mill it! It had to be fun😃! Thanks guys for sharing, stay safe out there 🙏🏻🤗💕!
You all are doing a good job on the property and a wonderful job with the girls keep up the good work I injoy watching you all God bless you and your family
Great video Sean. Thanks Kevin for helping out did an awesome job with the mill. You guys to be some cool wood when milled. Have a great weekend take care and God bless 🙏💕🪵
So much to learn on a homestead. Great job Dutch & Kevin! Don't forget your ear protection. Hope you can find the owner of that Great Pyrenees dog. Hope would be good at putting up signs and put ad on internet in your area. Maybe Kevin can take it in? Please try❣️ Enjoyed your vacation pics with family. God Bless Y'all 😘 🐾
My dad bought some forest land in SE Oklahoma 60+ years ago, it had a small sawmill on site at one time as large sawdust pile was on property plus signs of moon shine operation in past ( :-) ). Brought back memories seeing you cutting tree.
Honestly, there's nothing better than using your own trees to build from. I've got a mill that's powered by my tractors PTO and I've used it to cut beautiful walnut slabs from trees that were knocked down back in the 70s. I built a dining table that weighed 500 lbs. I coated it with a layer of epoxy resin.
Wow that's a huge log and you will definitely be getting a bunch of beautiful wood/lumber out of that for sure. If you can't use those slabs for building anything you can definitely have a bunch of campfire wood for bonfires. What a great video Dutch
I had a tree frog as a pet year,s ago, he would eat out of my hand .Its amazing what you remember after year,s gone by. Seeing The frog in this video made me remember.
I just love to see good neighbors.Nothing like flyover country! Wow! For those maneuvers it was exciting for this Great Gramma. This is what “real” men are all about. God Bless!
Thank you Kevin for helping Dutch today. That is so dangerous even with 2 men.so1man, nope. We know he would have tried some of it so glad you were there.
This was exciting! Now you need to get the chipper down there and clean up the branches. Great job guys! Thanks Kevin for helping out. 🌻👍🌻

I'm 62 and would love to visit them. I am alot closer than you though. I pray you get to do the things you love.
Why didn’t we have this stuff when we were in our 20s and 30s?
Maybe they will, eventually plan some plans for people to camp. I would love that creek. Beautiful.

Love your channel buddy. Keep up the great work. God bless.
I was going to say in your last sawmill video that you should buy a dedicated level for the sawmill. Just strap it on so you always have it .
I like it when you use your saw mill. When I was 11 and 12 my grand father and me cut tress down with a cross cut saw and built a log barn with stalls, tack room, and a hay loft all done with hand tools.

Great job most enjoyable thanks. Chris from England
Wow! That was interesting to watch. Beautiful log. Thanks to Kevin for helping you. It's amazing how far the equipment can handle such.
You need to get a fox tail brush from harbor freight and chain chain brush to sawmill to clean out sawdust as needed.
You all are doing a good job on the property and a wonderful job with the girls keep up the good work I injoy watching you all God bless you and your family
Brought back memories of my husband's father, who had a sawmill. He cut a lot of lumber on that thing.

This was a very interesting video. I enjoyed watching the milling.
That’s so cool you can mill.
Bow picking up your arrow heads🤣🤣🤣
Some of those solar powered tiki torches would look cool around the campsite or even down by the creek!
I feel like I would build so many things with that set up you have!! So cool.
Lol, you got me. Those are the kind of neighbours you want snooping around. Worth 10x weight in gold.
That's an interesting process.
My Granddaddy (N. FL in the 1920s) would have loved a home mill like that.
Thanks for sharing.
Very interesting! Thank you
I don’t know how you 2 were able to do that, but awesome job🦋

We always debarked the logs first before cutting them in to slabs, and lumber.
Thank you Kevin for helping Dutch today. That is so dangerous even with 2 men.so1man, nope. We know he would have tried some of it so glad you were there.
