Japanese Tonkatsu deep fried Panko coated Pork loin home made recipe for all Tonkatsu lovers in the world. This recipe is for people who want to make Real Authentic Tonkatsu at home. Tonkatsu is very easy to make just deep fry with panko bread crumbs. Yes it is easy but not the Perfect one which makes you Amazing.
3 things needed for Perfect Tonkatsu
1 Coating is well attached to the meat
2 Pork must be tender and juicy
3 Formed very good and no bending when frying

What you need (for 2 Tonkatsu)
〇　Pork loin　2cm thick
〇　Salt ＆ Pepper
〇　Panko bread crumbs 　 appropriate amount
〇　Flour　　　　　　　　　　 　appropriate amount
〇　Egg　　　　　　　　　　 １
〇　Vegetable oil for frying

Points
〇　Salt both sides and rest in the fridge for 1 hour before start cooking
〇　Fry total of 7 min. in 160℃
〇　Rest for 5min. after frying
〇　Take your time to coat flour, Egg, Panko do it carefully

ポイント
〇　肉の両面に軽く塩を振り冷蔵庫で１時間程寝かせてから調理する
〇　160℃で7分（厚さ2㎝の場合）
〇　揚がったら5分休ませる
〇　粉や卵はよくはたき、余計なダマがないようにていねいにつくる
