I used Acloset for more than a year, but now it costs money.. so I'm looking for an alternative. I will try Open Wardrobe even though it's gonna be super annoying to reupload all my clothes ☺️
I'm just seeing your video now and wish I came across it before doing my own experiments. I tried out 4 apps, and Open Wardrobe wasn't in my test group. I fell in love with Acloset and now don't want to use anything else but I'm going to surpass the 100 item mark 😢
I've tried about 6 apps, and I'm sticking with Open Wardrobe. The main downside is the lack of a calendar layout and weather info. But it's free, so that's cool
Have you tried Whering? Is Open Wardrobe better? I'm looking for one that also recommends jewelry options based on what I have in my wardrobe. I like the AI recommendations of Whering.
Great review! I have a basic closet catalog on google slides, and I've been wanting to upgrade to an app to get more stats and features. Need to check out both apps 👀
Thanks so much for making this! I’ve been wanting to start using apps and don’t know which one to use. I would love to see a video trying AI outfits, or just an update to see if wardrobe tracking helps you.
Glad it was helpful!! I will definitely be giving an update in the spring when I do my next closet Cleanout, but I really do want to try the AI outfits too!
A closet is switching to ads and charging if you have more than 100 items . Boo! Pricier than other established pay to use apps too. I’m already 169 in and no where near the end of uploading my wardrobe.
@@vivianlopez5202 oh, but you will have issues as soon as you download the 1/26 update. Acloset's rating is sinking fast since the update for locking people out of their closets.
Hello, for those using OpenCloset, what is the maximum number of items allowed in the app (android)? Or how much do you have now in your wardrobes in total? I am just curious because I don’t see such info in their documentation nor reviews.😊
19:32 Acloset charges for closets over 100 items, so it's no longer a free app ... so Open Wardrobe is definitely the better choice.
ty
Does it charge for 100 photos overall or 100 per closet? Bc technically "All clothes" is also a closet...

Oh man that is so frustrating! I've been using Open Wardrobe since the New Year and so far I've been happy with my choice!
Same, that's why I'm here, to find an alternative
Same!!!! Unfortunate.
I've been using Acloset for over a year too and gave in to paying LOL. I had Open Wardrobe before and didn't like the UI/UX.
Stylebook is way better!!!!
Only a one time small fee

Acloset did a bait and switch, fuck those guys I'll never give them my money

I did! I didn't like the classification system because it relied too much on hashtags and took too long. @@basaksungur9068
Open wardrobe now has the calendar function very similar to a closet

Oh wow I didn't know that, thanks for sharing! I'm so glad I went with Open Wardrobe in that case 😅
Are you an IOS user? I'm an Android user, and don't have that inconvenience yet.

I personally have over 200 pieces and it will still let me add more clothes
@@EmmaSmall-l3g thanks for your reply!
I use open wardrobe and have over 300 items uploaded
I tried to use Open Wardrobe. I'm just too messy for it lol
Hahaha fair!
Thank you! I gave Acloset a try and like it.
Good to know!!
ty , ima try a closet
How about Indyx?
I hadn't heard of it when I made this video, honestly probably would have went with it if I had a chance to review it!
@@AlyciaThrifts Ahh okay, would you recommend someone using ACloset to move to Indyx? Maybe future video idea
Not a bad idea, I might do this in the future!
