Gujarat had an early start under the leadership of NaMo as CM besides they got a coastline and infrastructure for industries. UP's real start is just 10 years ago under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath.

UP needs to formulate a policy to attract investments in other parts of the state as in NCR region investments come because of Delhi while other parts of the state need more support and development so incentives and subsidies should be provided when investments come in those parts...

Since I am working in an ATMP & have supported a fab, I can say that the presenter tried quite well to explain what the UP government is upto in terms of the policy.
However, lots of technical things said actually need correction.
Eg Fabless companies do not manufacture the components.
They provide design to the foundry.
Eg Apple gives TSMC the design which it manufactures for their iPhones.
UP is not deserving to this type of vast investment, Bcz of it's unstable political & socio condition, it may be a bad investment for investor's. Odisha is the best for any types of investment.
They deserve it at least other states will get the relief from the migration burden bcz mostly migration happens from UP , Bihar, Jharkhand

Just want to point out a correction to your video: fabless companies don't manufacture components around semiconductors. They basically design their own processors and systems. Subsequently, they handover those designs to the fabs to mass produce that design. I am guessing that you are probably referring to fabless companies in place of OEMs.
