Mine was clearly defective and there was a lot wrong. Not sure whether it should've had a speedometer (pretty sure it should have) or whether it wasn't supposed to have any torque (maybe?), but it was definitely slow, crooked handle bars, and a very weird headlight. But the ride was definitely way more comfortable than the 8.5" tire scooter from Gotrax I previously reviewed. Hope you enjoy this one as it's a bit more thorough!
I bought the Flex Campus Pro and it also shipped with a crooked steering column. I also agree about the headlight being a little "funky", but for the price it's hard to complain...
Good review! I think you can adjust and align the handlebars by loosening up the base of the stem just like a bicycle. Of course, you have to tighten up what you have loosened up after. Same thing with the light. If there is a bolt and screw on the light stem, you can loosen it up adjust the angle of the light, and then tighten the bolt and screw. I don't think Gotrax has quality control on the assembly. They just put it together and ship it, looks like, and it is up to you to do some grease work. If you want a fast sit-down scooter, look at the Roadrunner V2 by Voromotors. It has dual motors and goes 32 mph.
Yes I would actually! Check out this scooter I just reviewed. It's the first scooter to ever put a smile on my face when riding! th-cam.com/video/E3Ibn5L6I1I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lz-mMPnQ9aC6-3i6
I heard battery can burn at e-scooter avoid to bump anywhere when speed more. Many sidewalk doesn't perfect when old on the, sidewalk . warning never non stop at 30 minutes lets battery cool down from heat warning plastic near battery
I can’t agree with that honestly it definitely goes 20mph yours might be broken, I be flying down the street. I don’t think you fully charged it or something
The Gotrax Rival scooter had a slightly complicated way of installing the handle bar. But on this one, it was largely already assembled. You just slid the handles into the base and tightened it. Very straight forward.
7:12 that's why I won't get one. Love story slow.with a speed of 25 it's okayish for the price. But mileage and speed make it more of a toy for me. I've been trying to watch videos and so far that's been my verdict. Seems to be good quality tho. 11:01 love ur review. But please find a way to delete the shots of ur license plate. I bought mine at Academy for $350 it's been 3 months since then and I love it Mine does every bit of 15mph. I had a police officer clock me at a school zone. At 15mph with the small handle bars is fast enough for me. The handle bars can be adjusted as well as the seat. Me and my wife love the campus GoTrax and look forward to purchasing more in the future.
Regret buying this POS. I’ve had it since December 2023. So far it’s had problems from the start. They sent it to me with a defective keypad, they send me a replacement scooter along with the headache of having to ship the other one back. A month later it gets a flat tire & the company didn’t want to send me a new tire or bother servicing it whatsoever when it was still under warranty. Had to get a new tire off Amazon. 2 months later the electrical components failed, I had to take it apart & fix it completely. This month another flat tire from no fault of mine, so far I’ve been having to repair it monthly since I bought it. Definitely not worth the $500 plus the time & cost of replacing the parts monthly just to keep it working. You definitely won’t get up to 20 miles per charge. I’d strongly advise buying a better brand for your buck if you’re just using it for simple transportation.

It’s easy to fix your handlebars. Open the handlebars in the stem. There’s a screw unscrew it straighten your bars and re-tighten it.

This is just like my Flex, but you get a few miles more and the handle bars don't adjust, just the seat does.
whered you get that wall outlet screen thingy😅 looks cool
Hi I have a question, I don’t know which electric scooter should I get the Caroma P7 or the Gotrax flex ultra. Thank you
Thank u 4 posting i appreciate u❤🎉
No problem 😊
I have a question which one is better Gotrax flex ultra or Gotrax flex campus pro?
Just saw your review about the Go Trax Electric Scooter wow I was considering getting this.
Yeah, I returned mine quick! I don't know if mine was defective but that was terrible. I mean, it moved, but not well.
That plastic part is supposed keep it from wiggling
You can leave the seat post shim off
Do you have seated scooter like gotrax that you would recommend? Thanks!

Did yours have a scrubbing sound in back tire like mine
Spray it with any lubricant like WD-40... Mine did it from riding in the rain. WD-40 cleared it up.
Why not proof from plastic near the battery

Truly suck that you didn't show the assembly of the handle.
