  • Matt Haig's new novel centres on a man with a rare condition that means he ages slower than you or I. He has been alive for centuries but craves an ordinary life. Matt came in to talk to us about historical research, playing 'many parts' in your life and why books are more important now than ever. How To Stop Time is available now: goo.gl/85RclO

I’ve just discovered this author and I’ve read The Midnight Library, Human, and How to Stop Time. Very interesting! I’m looking forward to the next one.

Liked the concept of endless time without having to draw peoples blood.
Great that the now character is a history teacher, makes a good blend with his former lives and historical characters and events. And I was introduced to Montaigne's pearls of wisdom.

Such a shame the microphone of the interviewer was terrible! So much distortion and noise over the whole interview... Amateur mistake.
