I am sad to say I just discovered Nigel two days ago. Ordered A Thousand Feast from Amazon and received it yesterday and began reading. I’ve always said potato chips is my favorite food group and I eat most of my meals from bowls. Love all of the stories and can’t wait to read more books. Great interview ! Thanks

Burnt toast is the worst smell. Until i learned otherwise, i thought the way to make toast was to burn some sliced bread under the grill then scrape the burnt bits off with a knife over the sink. Dear mum.
