I am a Chinese. I start to learn The Book of Mormon. I don’t care whether the Book has 90 or 95 percent truth or not. I see the religion is to keep the believers to be good people, the followers of Jesus Christ. I was not aware of the Book of Mormon till I heard of Nephi and the Land of Bountiful on a tour this February. I wanted to know some history in Old Testament era that are not included in the Bible. I don’t think I need to connect to LDS Church.

I'm a member for over 40 years. I love how the gospel and other scriptures combine into one great whole. Swedenborg teachers a lot that compares directly to LDS church.

This is man is just wonderful! So much wisdom, nonjudgmental, no labels. He has one of the most partial religion perceptions I have ever heard. Thank you for sharing our truth and the love of Christ by appreciating the good principles of our brothers and sisters of other religions❤. Wonderful man, I hope to meet him in person!

OMG! Religion is really profound. I keep my fixed foot on Jesus and Jehovah God. I am not that ‘sociable’ to get to know the philosophers, scholars, writers and so forth. Shakespeare is a genius. His ‘Othello’ story reflected how much he understood human nature. Did Shakespeare worship Jehovah God? Hmm!

In summary, we are all God's children. We all came to earth and have the light of Christ. God speaks to each of His children in unique ways to lead us all to Christ. History and other intricacies try to illustrate that there are diverse religions, spirituality, philosophy, etc etc......but the whole time, we have all still been in the Plan of Salvation. Just different journeys.

I love this clip. I don’t have the full conversation but one thing comes to mind. The temple with its saving ordinances, the doctrine of the family, living the higher law contained in the endowment. Becoming one with your spouse. Becoming unified in Christ through all of these internal and external expressions what we have in the Church is full and complete at this point in time. This doesn’t disregard truth from every dispensation. But staying close to our temple covenants will provide you with the clarity to discern the deceptions that many embrace. I also think of 3 Nephi, after the more righteous who survived the destruction and were gathered around the “temple”, It was only then that they were ready to fully repent before receiving more truth and instruction from the Savior himself. Soften your heart and repentance seams to be the precursor to greater light and knowledge.

We don't say, "See our little circle, this is it." Amen Brother!

President Nelson stated that the restoration is not complete. No we do not have complete truth. In fact, truth we once knew and believed in the early restoration is no longer true. The church is ever changing trying to find the truth. The gospel of Jesus Christ is true and never changes. There is a difference.
