Ford everest AC actuator solution

Disclaimer: Not sure if it will work to all, but it worked on our unit.
This video is a demonstration on how to solve your noisy ac actuator of your Ford vehicles. Especially if your warranty has expired.
Steps:
Before turning of the engine, turn off the ac button first and let the fan/blower run. Let it run for about 30 seconds, then turn off the blower/fannl then proceed in turning the engine off.
Not sure if it will work to all, but it worked on our unit.

Pag di gumagana, baka di nag coclose sa ilalim, kaya pumapasok yung amoy

Yung ranger ko ganyan din ..ang ginawa I pulled out actuator then binaklas ko at lininis ko ang gear then konting Grasa ..at nawala yung maingay na parang nagngangatngat na daga..

Nawala namn din agad. Minsan meron dati peeo nawala naman . Bago ko mag park or alam kong magpapark nako, inoof ko na agad ac. Ganon din yun e, mas makakatipid pa. Then wala na ganon. Isang beses lang yata o dalawa lang beses yun

Di yan madumi boss, bagong palit yan sa warranty.
May mga bnew units din na tumutunog actuator, chinicheck kasi namin bago i release ang unit.

@@RideWithKong1992 kumalat na ang grasa sa loob at natabunan na ying ibang copper lines kya di na mka set yung sekector sa loob. Kya galaw ng galaw ang selector. Nid bawasan ang grasa para mgkaroon ng contact ang selector sa copper lines.

try ko nga po ito, 2017 Trend po ako. Talagang kutkot ng daga lagi. Nakaclaim ako ng warranty once each for the passenger side at driver side within the 3 year period pero after that ganun din may tunog. Sa montero namin walang issue lahat ng actuator. Not buying any Ford in the future.

@@RideWithKong1992 Common problem ata to sa everest sir. Baka pag ipapa replace, eh after ilang years babalik nanaman same problem.

B4 nyo palitan, try muna linisan ang actuator o bawasan ang grease sa loob ng actuator. Check nyo videos ni sir melvin panu tanggalin at linisin ang actuator.

Yung ranger ko ganyan stocks up yung actuator binaklas ko then grinasahanat lininis ko yung gear at ok na..
