nice video! i fixed mine 2 weeks ago. these actuators easily malfunction but it does not always mean they're broken. I just opened the actuator and realigned them and now they're working fine. also, the thing you removed at 2:10 allows the glove box to open softly. on my everest, the string was unhooked from my glovebox. I think my mechanic removed it when he changed the air filter but forgot to put it back. i attached the string and now the glovebox doesn't fall too hard once you open it.
My problem is, my air only pushes through the Dashboard front vents, mode selector not working no air for foot area or windscreen area. can you give a solution? ranger t6
