This theme alone made cleaning up the optional dungeons worth my time, not to mention made me pumped up as hell to face them. That freaking electric guitar, the organs and the stable rhythm throughout the song really blew me away the first time I heard this them, and fit very well to the scenario at hand, at times even surpassing a certain meme of a song that is often referred to when it comes to dark selves in games.
I remember being so intimidated when I first saw them (especially Lancelots lack of summons) turns out the ones I was the most afraid of being matteus’ lack in limit breaks and lancelots lack of summons were the easiest. And I am still having trouble with Natalia.
So the strategy for him is to have someone equip ninja gear (so when they block they go invisible) and either the target badge, or the uhh unhappy face thing. Just block each turn for that charachter, and keep attacking. When he uses limit break, use the sand monolith guy to give all ur guys defence OR you could use the unholy mirrior that gives all your party members invis for a turn or two
@@thesearedmaree4565 Alternatively: Virus+Tired+your normal strategy. Usually works on Epic. Also, Natalia is surprisingly fragile on the physical side. Companion Cube allows nornal revives, and I put it on my main damage dealer (who, in this case, was Matt).
@@ARandomSpace I put companion cube on Lance, with the armour that gives enchanted and a target flair. Matt had a -130% weakness to holy every time he got hit he took 80k damage when he had 25k hp it was funny
if you still have trouble with natalia, here's my build using only natz+nolegs+anna and this was made with epic difficulty in mind. natz: arctic trident - bunny ears - bubble dress / agnry faic - fairy - cat tail natz is the tank and she use defend every turn to gain 30 evade, autolife and most importantly enchanted. if you throw an encore on her you can use 7th heaven with her and then defend or some other way to aid the party. note that 7th heaven REMOVES enchanted! nolegs: dog sausage - headband - shell armor / pocket watch - battle paint - nano machine nolegs' weapon of choice is purely to trap the mage dogs into berserk so they don't do annoying spells. he is also used to both deal some damage and debuff natalia, but also works wonders on buffing and healing the party, as well as the classic 9 lives. IMPORTANT NOTE is that while healing and reviving SPELLS are useless, healing and reviving ITEMS still work perfectly fine! i would've used a chest that double item healing but that 100% holy resist is too alluring to pass up anna: aquamarine - pope hat - cow costume / golden pendant - flame badge - sword badge anna is the main attacker but need to be able to help healing and buffing the party when needed, as while nolegs can hold his own, he does need help on occasion. if you haven't beaten matteus yet, use the balance badge instead of the sword badge that's the build i personally used, though i had to wing it on occasion with small adjustments, and i thiiiiink i did wipe the first attempt because i didn't expect natz to die as much as my bad luck caused
@@rainbowalex12akanhatduyvu95 i dont even remember his gimmick, thats how easy the fight was for me also i captured him first try so there was no final explosion
Strangely the start of the song almost mirrors the start of hero’s march although I really don’t like the song that much the similarities are a happy coincidence I guess
"Fine, I'll stop 'joking' about eating you, NoLegs. Things got a bit too real back there."
