I understand you’re stress about hyper focusing and burn out! I feel exactly the same all the time but unfortunately I have a 9-5 job that requires me to try and regulate my stress so that I can continue showing up to do my job like everyone else. I wish I had the privilege of just taking the day off when I’m not feeling myself but unfortunately for me and most other people life goes on and I work through it. Glad that you get to take days off for all of us though Xx 8:04
I have a 9-5 and I do take the time off if I'm not well, we get sick leave in my country and taking a mental health day is just as valid as time off for any physical illness. Also let's be real, a lot of people are really struggling with the stress of 'standard' jobs and aren't able to cope (part of why there's talk in a lot of places about reducing to 4 days a week). I don't think our attitude should be 'life goes on' and let's be martyrs about it - why not join your union and try to make working conditions better for you and your colleagues, too! And then there's the fact that everyone's different - and we don't know what it's like to be them! It might be frustrating for you to see someone with less work to do than you struggling more than you - but why? I'm guessing they would much rather be as capable as are you, too. It's not fun to struggle. Hope you're coping with your stresses as best you can and get some time to rest.

I’m so late watching this but I’m terms of short form content have you ever thought of getting an editor just for little things like that? I feel like the business takes up so much of your time and with TH-cam being your main thing it might be worth it to get someone to be a mini assistant and handle cutting clips from vlogs or editing down content for tiktok to give yourself some more time for other projects and free time
