When I went on this ride with my family, we were sitting in the front row. Everyone in gantry lift was screaming, but not in an obnoxious way. You could tell everyone was having a great time. At the very end, when we're pulling into the door, that last scare got everyone including me! And as the doors open, a Cast Member popped up and scared us one last time! We were all laughing hysterically as we exited the lift. BEST FIRST RIDE EVER.
This is almost better than the original ride itself to be honest. The theming is ON POINT in the halloween version, which In my opinion, the original lacked.
The theming and story in this version of the attraction is SO STRONG! AH! Captures the same subtle creepiness and offputting scary vibes that the original tower had!
On every Halloween, they should make the cast members wear the bellhop costumes from what this ride used to be which was The Twilight Zone: Tower Of Terror.

From someone that was a huge fan of TOT, for my first time being back after they remodeled I gotta say I love the change. The daytime ride lacked a little in my opinion, but the Halloween version makes it very enjoyable! Can’t wait for the next time I go back during the Halloween period!
Reminds me of TOT, honestly, great ride, love what they did with it, sadly I can never go to Disney during Halloween so I won't be able to ride. Still love this ride though, even the original version. TOT will always have a place in my heart, but this ride is still very fun
This might be me, but I feel with part of the way the ride is built up and the scenario, it kinda reminds me of Alien Encounter that used to be in WDW. I feel that this overlay could've had a lot of potential, and while it doesn't quite reach my expectations, it's still an interesting and exciting version of the ride.

They took a slightly scary out of date concept and made it both fun and exciting again.
Tyler Mann Well, aside from the Guardians ride coming to Epcot, Florida's Tower has a ride system that simply can't be made chaotic, which is virtually the entire point of the ride.

This is my favorite ride out of all of the theme parks and rides it feels like your in a horror movie and the ride is super cool in my opinion the Halloween version is better than the original version I saw it yesterday and I didn’t even know it had a Halloween version so this made me so excited I hope I can go on it again soon!

WDW News Today I have a question I know some of the tanks are broken is the one that has figment in it I feel if it is Figment should at least have been in the backround
TBH I love the ride concept and story, but I feel that the song ruined the ride. It's too modern to feel like Guardians of the Galaxy, and I think it'd be funny if the song for the Halloween version was Mr. Blue Sky, because it's such a cheery and upbeat song in contrast to the dark and scary fortress.

It's sadly never coming back in California. Also, it wasn't a crap version. It actually had some cool things to it. It definitely WAS inferior, but ultimately it still was good. Especially the mirror sequence. This, though...once the Marvel hype dies down this will be disposed of.
