i agree with you, i recently purchased XZA+(o) red dark...and as soon as i saw next morning whole one side of the vehicle was rough as somebody painted a vehicle next to it,not only this inside of the car where glossy dark plastics are they were all rubbed as if this vehicle was already used or very ill maintained before delivery ....SAD but true TATA is making good vehicles but service and dealership are like gaadi becho bhul jao ...customer experience se inko ghanta farq nahi padta.
Main toh renault kiger leke bahut khush hun. 2.5 saal me 35000 km chala liye. 2 baar denting painting karvayi. Hamesha best service mili. Pehle mere paas Tata zest thi. Bhaisaab, dimaag ka dahi ho gaya tha. Tata ke muqable renault/honda best hain
There are two 2 things I would like to share, 1) the quality of the windscreen is bad in harrier, this is the 3rd case of stone chipping I am coming across in the last 1 month. my windscreen was also damaged when a small stone hit my windshield. it has never happened in other cars at similar speeds. it is either the shape or quality of the glass which is causing it to easily break. Secondly, never take your car for paint jobs at tata. the paint cars in open, many times they will park cars with similar colors close to the painting station so that they paint all the cars in one go. masking and other protection are mostly not done at Tata.
Their audacity to label you as an irritating and annoying customer. One of the reasons why people think a zillion times to give with Tata. You were well verse with the paint work and someone like me, who is not aware of these, would have easily got duped. Thanks to the video, I am going to cancel my booking for XT+ dark edition.
Owner is also partly to blame, he went to service center for a minor paint defect, this irritated the service center as they have lot of important issues to attend than this and that's why they did a bad job. Every car has minor imperfections, even luxury ones,learn to live with it. Service center worker are human being, they have a lot of pressure,so do not irritate them with such silly issues like minor paint defects, rattles and minor noises. If you want a 100 percent perfect car, then keep waiting forever, because there is none....

you have a right , Observation XZA+ has purple sparkles if we see in sun shade., nexon is blunt Black... i owe a XZA+ i have 100 percent agreement with your viewsss
There was a paint issue with my Harrier XZA as well. The tail light housing started leaking black paint on white panel. Luckily for me Tata listened to my issue and repaired it free of cost but it’s really sad that I had to get this rectified within 3 days of purchase. The JBL badging has also come off the tweeters and are lost 😂 I never had this issue with my Polo and City.

Car chalane main bohot hi awesome hai , highway pe stability is amazing, automatic gearbox is smooth shifting and steering has good feedback but TATA as a brand spoils the whole experience. Anyway I don't regret my purchase and love the suv. you were one of the key TH-cam channels behind the purchase decission. Thanks !

Sir aapka service center experience was very bad....but I feel it depends on the particular service centre where take you take your vehicle ..... I also own harrier XT+ but my experience of service centre has been very good....customer feedback, reminder calls, addressing problems, etc....maybe you should try some other service centre....and get your problems escalated and rectified....
kropex service centre in hosa road is worst.... horrible experience for me also..tata is not at all serious about service....also Tata service centre workshops are very cramped and have very little space..bloody Tata now they will manufacture aircrafts.
exactly the same feeling bhai, got my Harrier last month from Kropex, got the first service done. They are so overcommitted with daily intake of cars. You are sure to wait for a few days if you are leaving your car for paid service. I hope TATA reads these comments. Do let me know if there is a Harrier owners WA group. TIA
Bhai mere pass bhi tata harrier xt plus model h mai bhopal m.p. se hu same incident mere sath bhi huaa new car ki paint puri karab kr di ek time to esha aaya tha ki new car beach Du Sach Mai tata ka service experience bhut hi karav h...koi nahi sunta..
@@motorgaadivlogs4571 agar car accidental hai too parts v nikal lete h...mera to ABS module or fusebox nikal liye the... ABS module ka rate 1.05 lakh hai or fuse ka pura harness k sath 56k h..total loss from my pocket
Tata cars are riding on 5 star safety advertising rather than good service n reliable engine .as if 5 star safety is a feature, it's basic thing every car maker should give by default

They r not new they have been doing service for chrevolate from years...and it's about attitude being new doesn't give u a right to mis behave and the service centre you mentioned is 35 km from my house not possible
@@motorgaadivlogs4571 very true as you said , experience always speaks good, and as it's your new vehicle , don't take that risk , once the marthahallu guys gets good hands on experience then you could have given them I am staying from hebbal around 25km away , but I don't want to take any chance so i used give my harrier ti hebbal only , till now i didn't faced any bad experience with them , well experienced guys they deal perfectly . I shared my experience,but I don't no if any one faced anything bad with hebbal service team

I think I could get better quality paint job from outside...it is full of orange peel
