2023 Ford Lightning, Adding Body Side Moldings and Bed Mat Protector

2023 Ford F150 Lightning gets some extra protection and some character.
The Moldings were for a 2015 to 2020 F150 which has a different body line on the doors. Thank God we were able to make them work, and they look really good.
My brother got the moldings from Amazon:
"Generic TZD body side panel molding trim Protector compatible with 2015 to 2020 Ford F150, 50.4 inch x 7.9 inch Door edge guard for truck"

We paid 100 bucks for these side mouldings instead of $350 for the 2023 body style and we made it work! I thank God for you my dear brother Lincoln

I think is definitely worth spending a few minutes to make them work to save 250.00 🙂👍
Plus, I really like how they look

Wow - I hope your brother knows you're the coolest brother ever! The moldings look good however I'd be concerned that since it's only two double sided tape, wouldn't be possible for it to fall off ?Especially on bumpy roads and at high speed of highway driving...

I have no concern at all for the moldings.
Most side moldings are installed the same way nowadays from the manufacturer.
You just have to make sure you prep the area where the moldings are installed, which I did.
My brother has already driven the truck on the highway, and I just saw his truck recently and they are nice and tight 🙂
