Ok this may be late but when fighting chief warren. There's a way to skip the bow barrage phase completely. By filling up your haymaker bar by blocking her punch perfectly. Once its full. Use it at the perfect time before she punches. After that you can lay down some punches til she's knocked out. I even did this without getting damaged. Note this is only in presidential mode. I tried in normal fight it didn't work. After i haymaker her she blocks my punch in normal fight

Tip for beating presidential birdie: after hittin the main bird dosge him and attack or use hay maker on him he weaker to haymakers alittle more

I think Sanders is pretty easy. The timing on the bird is always the same and you can haymaker the bird to land more hits on Sanders.
