About a year ago, my wife and I bought a preowned 22 model year CT5-V 6cyl twin turbo. It was loaded, except for the supercruise which wasn’t included. It was in perfect as new condition and had very low miles. It had been driven by the wife of the service manager. We had gone in looking for just a regular CT-5, but at the time they had almost no inventory of sedans and were trying to push us towards an suv. But they had this CT-5V in the grayish off-white color with black rims. It was gorgeous. It was just a little more than what we wanted to pay, but the car was so incredible that we ended up buying it. We have not regretted it at all. It is a really fun car to drive! Not your grandfather or even your father’s Cadillac for sure. Very sporty and tight on the road. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

My problem with Cadillac interiors is that, to the trained eye, they feel cheap. They try to distract you with a curved screen poorly integrated into the dashboard and overuse injection molded and piano black type materials throughout. I don't know why on full model refreshes we're still seeing this trend of screens sticking out of the dashboard like a tablet jammed in a toaster; it looks like an afterthought of what you'd get in mid-model run refreshes that were never designed for these screens. The dashboard looks unchanged from 20 years ago; it's archaic. What I DO like is that they've kept most physical buttons and HVAC controls. I look at the interior of this car and I see bare minimum design changes from what Cadillac and Pontiac had upwards of 15-20 years ago. Meanwhile, step into an LC500...
