See how the champions train. George Jarvis is the WBC World Champion and shows you the method behind his training. He walks through his pads session with fellow fighter, Reece Thompson.
We also had a dive into George's motivation for Muay Thai. His grandfather clearly provided incredible support during his early career and continues to be a huge source of inspiration.
Already a world champion, it will be interesting to see how far he goes in his career. I have no doubt that he will make it to the very top.

I grew up in Crawley in the 80s and we had to go to Croydon for Mauy Thai. Wish this gym was there during my youth. You're at one of the best gyms in the country! All the best!

I unfortunately developed a really awful cold during the week, and was only able to train Mon, Tue, and Wednesday, but it was absolutely fantastic mate 💯

I’d say that Lumpini is probably THE best Thai boxing gym in the U.K. tbh. And my former gym is certainly not too shabby...but Lumpini is levels above.
Can’t wait to return there next time I’m up country. I’ll do all 7 days next time 🙏💪😎

Fantastic inspiration George and Reece and the team that you all give to my daughter wish i could get her to your gym more often. Its one hell of a place to train if in any doubt to pick up the gloves beit for the very first time or for an old timer begginer like me this is without a doubt the place to be lumpini Crawley...
He's a great fighter and v.humble. Interesting how the better the fighter the more humble and down-to-earth they are.

i dont think anyone promotes and supports their athletes like we do in Britain. i think that's why we continue to excel despite not being the biggest country - and we excel in EVERYTHING. compare Germany's athletic capabilities... they are good at football and maybe a couple of other small sports. what else? hardly anything. we're top tier in every sport.
and it's not because we throw endless money and roids at it like America or China.
i think its because of our enthusiasm and cooperation. look at this lad's dad and grandad. look at people like Chris Knowles. every good fighter we have has got a whole bunch of people around them who make big sacrifices for someone else's success because they simply believe in them
