This guy explains the last two weeks of fight camp perfectly for me, when you’re not doing it, it’s all your think about, but then last two weeks where you’ve got no energy and your quality output drops, you question it all and just want to get the fight out the way and not sure if you want to do it again, but then as soon as you actually get some decent calorie intake after the fight you start thinking straight again 😂
