1900年代初期に建てられた第2世代唐楼です。
「先施百貨公司」という香港で最初の華人経営による百貨店を創業した馬さんの自宅兼店舗だったようです。
現在、GFは衣料品店、お菓子や、貴金属店として利用されています。
【公利真科竹蔗水】
1920年代に建てられた第2世代唐楼です。
正面の1F、2Fのバルコニーの大きな窓（ドア）、左右の柱が特徴的で美しいデザインです。
側面の窓も大きく、3Fの弧を描いた庇が特徴的です。
「公利真科竹蔗水」は1948年に開業しました。
ペットボトル入りのサトウキビジュースは良く冷えていてとても美味しかったです。
右隣の62 Hollywood Rdは、現在はワインビストロとして営業しています。
外観はとてもきれいに整えられていてきれいな建物です。

This is a second-generation Tong Lau built in the early 1900s.
It was the home and store of Mr. Ma, who founded the first Chinese-run department store in Hong Kong, called "先施百貨公司".
Currently, the GF is used as a clothing store, a sweets store, and a jewelry store.
[Kung Lee Sugar Cane Drink Shop]
This is a second-generation Tong Lau built in the 1920s.
The large windows (doors) on the balconies on the first and second floors at the front, and the pillars on the left and right give it a distinctive and beautiful design.
The side windows are also large, and the curved eaves on the third floor are a distinctive feature.
Kung Lee Sugar Cane Drink Shop opened in 1948.
The bottled sugarcane juice was well chilled and very delicious.
62 Hollywood Rd, next door to the right, is currently operating as a wine bistro.
The exterior is very well-maintained and the building is beautiful.
