For service we need to courier our phone to them and pay the money They will return it by 7-14 days with full bill and other details couriers it back... this is how service works Problem is that it will take 4-6 days extra for service as it needed to reach the service centre by courier.. Service is good and have no problem of anything like expensive service etc...
Depends on region wise. Im not saying high about apple, i am using apple from its launch. They still support for my iphone 5 models, easily accessible through their support app. I like Pixel 6 but again need more to go ,,,,

Yes bro, about the service centre, I chatted with the pixel customer centre through mobile, they told me that only centre is in Mumbai and we can only courier the phone to them, take about 14 business days max for our issues to be resolved. After diagnosing our mobile they will send detailed invoice for service and after payment it will be done and mobile will be send back to us through courier. (If its under warranty charges may not apply for servicing(njan chodichilla but angane aanallo oru keezhvazhakkam)).
