I think these are awesome Matt, I picked one up a month or so ago and been using it on every ride since. It's wet and sloppy mud in the Peak District at the moment and the Win Wing is keeping my backside dry and pretty damn clean, much better than boil in the bag waterproof shorts, a couple of bits of tape on the seat stays as markers help to get a consistent fit if switching between bikes.
I’ve been using an asssaver detour rear for the last 2 years and I can strongly recommend. You sort of ram in in the triangle made by the seat stays and brake bridge. Up front I can recommend the Gravelhugger from Mudhugger. Both very effective on my local South Wales ‘gravel’!
Thank you. If your tyre is 42mm or less, there is the Mudhugger, and that's ok. But above that the choice is limited. You might find the Crud Front XL works, depending on the fork.
I find glasses are not so good in winter, especially when it is dark. My road bike and mountain bikes have excellent guards, but the gravel bike has always suffered - just the front to fix now!
Good spot. I am not sure why that has happened, as the counter was through the editing software and I should have checked. Either way, its quick to fit and that was only the 4th time I had ever fitted it.

Thank you sharing. Have a good 2023
nice sunshiny day looks like the area around Chattanooga Tennessee
Nice comparison. Just bought the win wing 🤘
You won't be disappointed.
Great review. Did you ever find anything for the front?

For
wow that was impressive
I was just looking into the zefal shield g50 as a set. Can handle up to 50mm and not too pricey
The reviews I have seen don't make them sound easy or quick to fit.
i think it would clogging if you accidentally running in mud
That Win Wing seems like it's waving a lot when riding. Not so stiff.
That is how it is designed, and it doesn't affect the performance.
It wasn't folded properly which should give it more stiffness
Great review
For mudguard or defender
Is it supposed to be close or far from the wheel?
What is the best position and angle for it?
The angle is based on the chainstay angle of the bike, and the mudguard needs to be set close to the wheel.
I need one that fits 2.5in maxxis hookworms
interesting product matt, cheers 👍
Hi! May I know the tires that you've used and the size? Thanks!
The largest I've used to date are Hutchinson Tundra 700x45, measured at 47mm.
I appreciate you.
I’ve got that win wing and it’s quite good to be honest…………glasses also a good idea 😏

@@MattPage what are you looking at for the front Matt?
@@johnbronze8630 I've just bought a Gravelhugger and hope to test it soon.
4:56 14 seconds? More like 28?
