It's not you, the pallets are overhanging, as they should. The racks are shorter than most common pallets, so if you were to allign the pallet with the rack at the front, your pallet will have a big overhang at the back, which is unstable. If you leave some overhang at the front (2" or more, depending on the type of pallet) you should have equal overhang at the back. This also ensures that you don't bump into the racks with your forklift masts.

Not bad. That driver in there while you are loading is a huge no-no though, one slip and you have a much different video to upload.
Joe do you prefer the sit down or the stand up? I drive a crown stand up lift typically, never tried a sit down.
I honestly prefer stand up because it’s a little more exciting with the turns and jerks lol but definitely sit down when I wanna be lazy

What is right the control?
Increase or decreased the space between the forks. Not all forklifts have this feature, some require you to get off and change it by hand.
