Well power Gen i copied your simple design {I used a blown flasher unit for a car as i did not have any 5 pole relays with a floating pole ) Ripped out all the caps chips ect added a 1000uf 25v out the stash hooked it up to a 12v led MR16 and bingo works a treat. Never cost me a penny. Well done and thanks for sharing. :)

Can't you connect the oscillator output to another relay and control an outlet?
I think can, We can see he already got output signal. It's easy to use Mosfet, transitor or more one relay to connect another outlet
