Water 1 1/2 c
Peppercorns 4
cinnamon small piece
Cloves 2
Cardamom 4
Ginger 1/2'' piece
Tea powder 4 tsp
Milk 3/4 c
Sugar 3 tsp or to taste

We can use dry ginger instead of fresh,better crush all masala(pepper,cloves, cinnamon) will give better flavour , according to season people use fennel seeds also.better result will get direct pour in to glass

@ raji, can can dry ginger. But as fresh ginger is always available , it is better to add fresh ginger for better flavour and benefits
