ഇവിടെ ചെയ്ത അളവിൽ ഈ മിക്സ്‌ ചേർത്താൽ ചായ ഓളാവെള്ളം പോലെ ആയിരിക്കും. എക്സ്ട്രാ പാൽപ്പൊടി അല്ലങ്കിൽ പാൽ ചേർത്താലെ ചായ കട്ടി ആവുകയുള്ളൂ അത് പരോക്ഷമായി ഇവിടെ ഭവതി സമ്മതിക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്...
കൂടുതൽ കട്ടി ആകാൻ നമ്മൾ മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്തു പൊടി ചേർത്താൽ കടുപ്പവും കൂടും..മസാല കുത്തൽ കൂടും.
പാൽ ഇല്ലങ്കിലും ചായ റെഡി എന്ന ക്യാപ്ഷനു പകരം മസാലചായ എന്ന ക്യാപ്ഷൻ കൂടുതൽ ചേരും.
ഇവിടെ ഡെമോ ചെയ്തതിലെ കടുപ്പം ഒരല്പം മുന്തിയത് പോലെ തോന്നുന്നു.
