Just making alts having access to empowered monos from the start. Then you could pick a timeline and if it is empowered or not with alts. I hate having to get empowered monos unlocked for each char.
I would love a catch up mechanic for other characters and being a returning player it amazes me that this is not yet in the game!

I kinda think it's fine. You use your first high corruption character to farm gear on empowered monoliths for your alts and then just chill on the alts. Summer time to me! 😁
Accountwide corruption would still be an awesome thing. I have 4 twinks, and getting them all thru the normals and 300 corrupt takes so much time. Its not challenging since these alts all have several 2,3 LP uniques... maybe EHG listen :) love the content!
Seems like you're running a non-crit build and I'ld love to see your take on it since there's not much 0.9 void knight guide out there.
Hey, im new to LE and just started with this build in 1.0. Are there any good uniques i could farm for legendary power to improve this build?

wouldn't clearing all of the monolith timelines speed up the process to get to empowered monoliths? Or is corruption farming just more rewarding?
My biggest problem is finding enough money to buy stash tabs because I pick up and keep every shit that drops 😀

Heya. I’m afraid I found this quite unclear (I’ve just hit empowered monoliths and was trying to get more info). I feel like this assumes a tonne of knowledge. I found myself still wondering: what do you mean by monolith boss? Are they the quest echoes? Or when and where do you encounter them for the gaze? When where do you encounter Orbus? And what is a reset? When does that happen? How do you continue to raise corruption after a reset? Some further explanation would really help

The monolith boss is the third and final boss of each monolith. As you complete echoes you fill the yellow progress bar at top of the monolith map screen. Technically once you get to empowered monoliths you don’t have to fight the first two bosses but still need the fill the progress meter to about 800-1000 to get to “monolith boss”.
Orbyss is an “echo boss” who appears as you get toward the end of the monolith map moving out from center.
You can fight Orbyss any time and there will be many echo nodes with Orbyss to fight. Once you fight him and win the map resets all nodes. So it’s kinda better to not fight Orbyss when raising corruption, but instead completing more and more echoes until you’ve fully filled the progress bar and killed the “monolith boss” 2-4 times. Cuz when you complete further out nodes you get more progress. Thus resetting as soon as you find an Orbyss doesn’t make sense always.
The reset occurs by killing an Orbyss and thus the map nodes and echoes all reset to a new incomplete map. Reset.
Once you reset you push corruption by just stretching out again.
In short every time you kill the monolith boss you get a Orbyss shade or whatever worth about 10 corruption. You can kill the boss 3x on average before your echo nodes start to get bare and uninteresting. Then time to fight the Orbyss and reset it.
If you kill Orbyss without dying in your first try you get the bonus Corruption that’s additive from however many “monolith bosses” you killed in between Orbyss fights. You’ll fight Orbyss a lot. And you’ll complete the monolith bosses 3-4x as much.
Your corruption always adds up unless you can’t hang and have to lower it by fighting an “Orbyss corruption lowering” echo mode. Those always appear right after you reset the map in case the new map gets to tough.
Lastly, only some builds will cheese thru 200 corruption. Many will struggle past 115 even. So get a build that specifically mentions cheesing lvl 700 corruption and follow it if that’s your motivation. If a build can safely do 700 you can find a way to work it into the low 100’s with time and rng. GL

Im newer 100 hours in. Lightning Sorc build from maxxroll. Ive Gottem about 1/2 my empowered blessings I need. both uniques. 100 corruption and bosses is np. but 118 corruption is kickin my butt. Is it just gear stopping me from progressing? Sucks that I cant craft or change my tree to pump out anymore juice
I think part of it is gear, but also some builds arent capable of corruption pushing, or maybe theyre capable but much more difficult. I am playing a death seal lich im at around 140 corruption and right around this level i am starting to die now and have to focus and dodge attacks, Most my other toons started to died alot soon after 100

given that the catchup mechanic exists, does that mean you should increase corruption on the lvl 58 mono first so you can have an easier time running through the mono?
No, empowered Monoliths start at 100 corruption so it's better to get to that first.

So maybe a dumb question but please humour me.
Do I start empowered back down at the beginning timelines or can I do the level 90 timelines right away...because I'm insta dying in empowered.
In empowered monoliths difficulty is based off corruption, the Fall of Outcasts (bottom) is L100 same as Spirits of Fire (top). So if you're insta-dying in one you'll insta-die in all the thing to do is improve your gear or swap builds.
I'm lvl 88...do I need to level further first. I thought I saw you in the video doing it at 76...
Your level doesn't matter, it's much more about what defenses you have from gear, passives and skills. There isn't a strict level penalty system so even a L60 character in good gear could be fine in L100 empowered monoliths.
Thanks, but i'm so confused: how can u decrease corruption? Coz... I dont think i'm able to do corr 100 atm, but I still didn't find a legendary I wanted. And I'm afraid that I will run out of the nods with that item to drop from..
U have to do an orobyss near the center. It's write in the modificatif tab : -X corruption

Is my game bugged cause on the echoe map in the top left for you you have corruption and difficulty number but I don't have that I have everything else sane as you tho
Oh ... balls. I'd been thinking Curruption was based on how many nodes you were from the origin. That explains a lot 😞
You mention fighting Orbis, how do you encounter Orbis?

I'm struggling to farm on empowered monolith at 130 corruption, dying too fast most of the time. I have 80hs played, a single character and still on lvl91. Idk but I suspect I doing something wrong because it seems to slow compared with stuff I read on chat and watch here on yt.
If you're new to Last Epoch 130 corruption in 80h doesn't sound bad. But when you're hitting a wall the best thing to do is see how other people are playing builds like yours. Try to look around Maxroll and find a similar build either in one of our guides or the planner database. Compare some of your choices to what other people are doing.
which monolith ist the best to push corruption?
Depends on what you need, pick a monolith where you can farm LP upgrades either from the Unique/Set nodes, or from the boss.
How TF are you getting such a large bonus? Mine is NOWHERE near that large.

hm .. i feel like it takes way to long to push corruption and stuff. specially considering you have to do it for every new toon again even if you have super good gear because its maybe your 2. or 3. char. im "pushing" corruption right now and i got like +14 two times like what ? getting to like 500 takes like days maybe a week or what ?? id be cool with that if it was accountwide or somehting but doing that on every toon ??

I hate farming stability... Killing all the monster in area. Boring :X they should divide by 2 the nombers of adds to kill to get 100 stability or something else

the endgame of le so boring just doing the same kind of map again and again hoping for good fractured/ exalted item. took so long to push corruption. 9 days to poe

@@Freedom-kl8rt theres alot more to do in endgame of poe. not just mapping. and the fact that there is no economy in last epoch also a big downer for me. lets hope the next update really make trade good
@@genocidegrand2057 I know, I also play Path of Exile..but let's not forget that Path of Exile has been worked on for more than 10 years, while this game is not even finished yet..and for the rest, they will have to add a trade sometime..
The problem with Monoliths is that it is mind numbingly laborious and a pointless grind, there is no reason to grind anything there is no use for higher lvl gearing and then all of a sudden you say but i quit D4 this reminds me of that game.
where do you get higher gear ?
