I am a licensed Esthetician of 17 years and one helpful tip I'd love to offer you is to always cleanse before exfoliating. So for your night routine, I would suggest using your ZO Skin Health Exfoliating Polish after your cleanser. Reason being...we never want to grind our own impurities back into our skin. So start off with a fresh clean canvas and then your exfoliating polish will work to lift off your dead cells safely. 🙂
Finally I get reviews from someone with skin of color. I bought the regiment for acne and pigmentation. This is my third week. So far so good. Will give my review after 3 months. Thx gal

Ok, hoping u can help me here. I just received a bunch of zo products and I don’t know how to go about using them. Like in what order/do I use all products every time/do I switch some products up at times? Plzzz help! Would be soo appreciated. These are products I have -the gentle cleanser -the exfoliating polish (in blue jar) -complexion renewal pads -exfoliation accelerator - instant pore refiner and then lastly, the retinol skin brightener that I previously bought before. All other products I mentioned besides retinol came in a little package

Do you have any more feedback on the BrightAlive? I'm interested in purchasing it because I think it could help with my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) from acne, but I just want to be sure before I go ahead. I'm not interested in trying retinol yet, so I'm just wondering if, in your experience, the BrightAlive did a good job in clearing your PIH?
What kind of spf do you use while using these products
Hi. This video is so helpful. Just wondered if you could still use the growth factor serum at night after the retinol skin brightener. Also did it cause much irritation. did you ever consider the wrinkle+texture repair? It was mentioned to me for pigmentation. Thankyou x
I'm so glad you found this helpful! I don't want to steer you wrong. I'm not sure about the growth serum but I would definitely get in touch with a esthetician so they can create a customizable treatment plan.

I just bought mine last week and my face is so tight I can’t even smile hopefully it gets better as time goes.
Use the hydrating cream! I put it on last after using my wrinkle & texture repair but you can use it with many dif products if not all

Do you put the retinol on your neck? If so, every night?
Did you first start using the retinol 1-2 times a week and gradually build up? Or did you just jump into daily use? I just got this retinol and my skin feels so much more sensitive
Amber Sarwar I used 1 pump at night from the start. Your skin will react but push through it will level out once your skin reaches optimal retinolization.
Amber I v just start using it now. I was told to use every other day for first week
I was told to use the hydrating cream after for dryness, peeling, & just any irratation. I actually got mone free when I spent 145$ on the wrinkle & texture repair (for my acne scars) but I talked & did a video chat via instagram with a cosmetic nurse working with zo products
But only use on neck every other night face every night
So do you skip the pads for your PM routine? I just started this line and wondering whether using the pads before the retinol is making my skin too irritated.
No I do the pads at night. That reaction is normal. It happened to me and I asked my esthetician about it and she said that kind of initial reaction is a good sign that this system of products is going to work well. If it's burning and super painful definitely stop using it but a little irritation is normal.

It's an investment but I think it's so worth it. My skin hasn't looked s good in a long time.
@@MusingsofaCurvyLady it certainly is isn't wow and I live in Trinidad so have import taxes and conversion rates to add on on top of that lol but seeing improvements in texture

Hi dear im using same product but is just 1and half month I use this is make your skin come darker first my skin come very dark i starts to peel as well
My skin has also gotten really dark, I was told it's normal 🙃
Hi Dear, i am not really understand what happen to your skin? its get darker than before after using ZO products? or its peel perfectly? iam from asian and as you know most asian is having skin of colour, so then i am quit afraid to used ZO...still consider to buy it..
