In this video, I try on 5 different styles of glasses from Warby Parker in my at-home try-on kit! What do y'all think? Which pair suits me best? I feel like Haskell looked the best, but I know some people are not vibing with the clear frames look so I would definitely appreciate your input!

You and me have the same problem, I never realized that my lashes touched my glasses. My nose doesn't look like yours, but I'm thinking I may have a low bridge

That additional $30 for thinner index lenses tho... I'm -7.75 and -7.00 so I feel you, girl. I'm black and have a low bridge too but I discovered the low bridge frames are exactly the same as the wide frames which are too wide for my face. 😅
I'm about to buy my first clear pair too! Feel like it's easier to see my eyes which is good because the glasses shrink them. For 20 years, I thought I had tiny eyes then one day recently in my 27th year, I realized... My eyes are actually kind of average, my prescription just shrinks them considerably. I'm ranting but I just thought you could relate! Definitely subbing because I like your persona.
I am white but have no nose bridge. I have been wearing the wrong glasses. This explains everything. I widend the nose part on my glasses and they fit Better. Wow 👏 i definitely need to buy different glasses.
Maybe i havebe some Asian genetics somewhere down the line?
same!! I always got metal glasses with nose pads for the same reason! Low bridge fit glasses were a game-changer!
You looked great in all of them but Laurel & Haskell are my favorites. Did you end up purchasing a frame?

i just ordered from warby parker too, and i also chose a clear pair! i’m loving the haskell on you:) also just a heads up with higher prescriptions like yours they recommend getting the thinner lenses, which is a $30 price increase. i know cause i had to do the same but i’m glad i did in the end
That's great! I was thinking about getting the thinner lenses--can you let me know if they're noticeably lighter than your regular lenses? Thanks for the advice :)
I bought clear frame glasses from nova glasses and its looks very similar to the glasses that you finalized for yourself. Because i need to have -6 D power lens, i opted for lenses with high refractive index (1.6). This reduces the thickness of the lenses. The glasses hence dont look too thick. Also i always opt for the UV protection feature and blue light filter in the lenses.

The Warby Parker low bridge fit didn't work out for me. I recommend Jins, they're a lot better IMO!

Awkward when you say -5.00/-4.00 is high..... I'm at -10.50/-11.50; I don't even get the option to go for anything less than the highest index lenses...
Oh no 😭 how thick are your glasses? Mine are already so thick it messes with how I breathe LOL
@@j0annepan To have reduced thickness, you can opt for the high refractive index ones. The standard high index ones are usually 1.6 but if you want thinner lenses for your glasses, there are even higher index (1.9 is the highest i have seen). The higher index, the more expensive it gets. The higher the index, the thinner the lenses of the glasses are. I am currently using the 1.6 one but I will soon get myself a 1.9 one.
