    I love how he is shifting the column shifter very cool. Oh man using a Quadra jet and he tuning that carburetor and messing around with the metering rods love it old school. Another SUPER COOL CAR and VERY COOL VIDEO totally awesome. What is cool also that you could drive the car to the track have fun and drive it home. If I could I would give it two thumbs up great contact.

    He is right about the suspension and the exhaust on those X-bodies. My Ventura would just keep getting faster and faster with suspension work. It started out running 13.0s and ended running 12.40s with stock LB manifolds, Q-jet and 3.23 gear.

    Gotta love it. Really no frills a little tweaking and you got a super respectable car. Love how he's keeping it real. Personally I'd go with a flow master muffler. Either way great Nova!

    • @musclecarcampy9922
      @musclecarcampy9922  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No sir. They only made 234 350hp 396 Chevy II vs. 667 375hp versions. The L78 outsold the lower horse variant in the Nova in ‘69 and ‘70, too.

      @@musclecarcampy9922 Thanks for the info, I have a 350 HP 1969 Chevelle, and I don't know the production numbers, but the 375 HP is less common. I like the way this little blue nova runs, and the oval port heads can perform well if you know what you are doing. I am also impressed with the Q-jet on this car - I finally switched to a Holley.
