Hyatt Ziva Rose is a family all inclusive resort close to the Montego Bay, Jamaica airport. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is the adults only section of this all inclusive resort. Adult guests can move freely between the two all inclusive Jamaica resorts.

I go to Hyatt Ziva/Zilara often. I usually stay at Ziva cuz it's cheaper and I love the pool on that side a bit more. Food, entertainment, staff... everything about this resort is great. I've stayed on both sides...the Zilara side has more techy items in the room but honestly you are using the 2 resorts all in one so not missing out on anything. Best gym I've ever seen on a resort. When I was there in May no reservations needed at any restaurants.
The gym is awesome. If you can believe it, the one at Hyatt. Ziva Cap Cana is even better.

If you go to a shop and purchase pre-packaged snacks, it's an extra charge.

do you have to pay for everything at the spa or can you use the sauna and whirlpool without charge? I got the price list but dont see them listed.
You have to pay access anything at the spa.

They do, but you have to be really careful and double check several times that it doesn't have dairy.

Stayed here last year November and the food was not good. Loved everything else about it.
Was the food cold or not prepared how you ordered it? What is your favorite restaurant in your home town?
Where did you eat? I had opposite experience. It's my 6th time there...depends what you order in my opinion. She should have mentioned the pizza at DiRonas and the jerk hit. I've never been disappointed by quality just my choices.
For a five star hotel the ground out side need be colorful with flowers and paints.
What resort do you think does a good job of this?
