- I had some free time again and went out to the Florida Keys to do some bridge fishing. I was out there with my buddy Jeff from Project Reel and his friend Edwin. I ended up catching my first Cero Mackerel! I caught it on my new setup a Penn Slammer IV 4500 paired with a redbone 7'6" medium rod with no wire! thats the bridge south of bud and Mary's ? (Around mm 77) I grew up fishing there caught my first big red grouper still have a picture of it some tourists took and sent me of it good memories. my folks used to take a tent cooking stuff the hole shabang. Oh boy the storms ive endured there

Maybe set a lighter drag until u grab pole or a live liner with light drag just observation JT HOOKED N ROLLING OFFSHORE 🇺🇸🇺🇸🐠🐟🎣🛥
The drag was loose all way. The hit was so hard and fast that it almost caused the rod to go over.
@@XtremeH18 wow that would really scare me. I was thinking four big tie wraps like fpl uses 36” each and a pole holder that lays flat with mounts and tie wrap to bridge upright. Each tie wrap is 72 lbs I believe. Check into it if interested JT HOOKED N ROLLING OFFSHORE 🇺🇸🇺🇸🐟🐠🎣🛥
