    I voted Labour and I do think Corbyn is the best leader that Labour have had in a long time, but there's something really strange about people who worship politicians like some people in this video do. Whether it's Trump or Corbyn or anyone, it's just strange. Authority should never have your fullest blind allegiance.

      he's got the 'grandpa' factor. all the young ones will vote for him in their innocence, because they trust him like they trust their 'grandpa', and 'grandpa' never lies and always keeps his promises. its almost a shame he didnt win and disappoint them, then they would know the reality.

      A year on from your comment and the situation has got laughably worse. Truss and Kwarteng's Hayek inspired nonsense crashing the economy, an executive full of plutocrats, UK experiencing highest inflation in the G7 and lowest economic growth forecast in the G20 and essential service workers striking up and down the country.

      She just lost the vote of confidence she asked for in the first place. If she had won even a slim majority I would agree with you. And BTW, I don't think this outcome gives Corbyn the right to rule. Not by a long shot. It'll be interesting to see what comes next. I don't have any skin in this game. I'm Canadian. Seeing a White Brummie voting Corbyn because JME convinced him is one of the most heartwarming things I've seen in years. When Grime first hit it was the most London and mostly black youth movement you could possible imagine. I wondered if it would translate to other parts of the U.K. Now over 10'years later, Grime is the movement for all Britain's youth and people like JME can use their influence to get white working class kids to vote for Corbyn. Makes me so happy. Change is not just coming it's already here!

    I agree that Labour and Corbyn had a better night than expected and new voters energised but Labour did not win. As a labour supporter I am worried that hard left will not broaden the appeal of mainstream working class with aspirations, those more comfortable with Blair, to regain power with a mandate for change. Hard left need to realise you can do f*** all in opposition. So don't start a civil war or think the youth will always vote Labour because when people grow up they become less radical

    I love how even after a Hillary Clinton level campaign by the Tories they still easily beat Labour. If you watched sky's coverage they did a poll that showed that 69% of Tory voters thought they would be a good government while the number was mid 40s for labour. This wasn't so much a vote in favor of Corbyn but a vote against May and her inability to go a day without messing up on the campaign.

      +Harry Callahan That comment was absolute gold. First you start by naming somebody who is no longer a member of the Shadow Cabinet, then you say Khan is a terrorist sympathizer whilst willfully ignoring Tory deals with the ISIS sponsoring Saudis and the fact they've literally just formed an unofficial coalition with a party founded by former Unionist paramilitarists, then you claimed that Corbyn isn't wanted by his own party - despite winning 2 leadership conmtests with overwhelming shares of the vote and now even been backed by the PLP because of how decent he's done in the election.
      And then you finish by literally saying you want people with opposing viewpoints "shot for treachery". If it turned out you have a Hatchet and Sticks emblem on a flag somewhere at home, that would not surprise me at all.

    • @harrycallahan9143
      @harrycallahan9143 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes it was gold wasn't it? Abbott is shit and just been tossed aside because of how fucking clueless she is, you didn't deny the fact Khan supports terrorists and just mumbled on about something else, you didn't deny the fact Corbyn said he would never use our bombs if we had to and told the world this and gives speeches at rallies with known terrorists, it wasn't that long ago his own party were stabbing him in the back and wanted him out, fact...so yes thanks for confirming everything what i said was gold.

    I am Norwegian, so I don't know British politics that well, but can anybody explain why many commenters here has such hatred towards the labour party and Corbyn in particular? I can't remember reading that labour has done anything particularly bad. But one frequently reads about Tories having rather cold hearted, frequently cutting services for the least well off. Traveling in the UK that is what strikes me as a Scandinavian, that there is a serious poverty problem in the UK. So it is odd that Tories don't take that serious. One should have thought the fact that a man like Jeremy Corbyn tries to do something about that would be appreciated.

This is the death of a once great civilisation these people are a total disgrace to their ancestors who founded the largest Empire in history and developed a level of culture and civilised society that was the envy of world. Has no one ever read Gibbons Decline and fall of the Roman Empire or watched Sir Kenneth Clarks civilisation? The native British culture has been so downgraded that these people who are totally ignorant of their own heritage or are of foreign origin and loyalty are leading all of us towards a new dark age. Sickening to visit the graves of our heroes around the world to then see a TH-cam video like this. If the Brits who died for their Empire and civilisation from 1914 to 45 could see this they just wouldn't of bothered fighting.

The ignorance, of mainly the Conservative supporters who vote against their own interests, makes a nonsense of democracy and how it's supposed to work. We need to make responsibility and social cohesion, simple economics and its effects on each of us, our families, neighbours and communities an important part of our normal education from primary school age. I doubt the powers that be would ever let that happen though - it would expose them for what they really are...

    How to try a ruin the country! Tax businesses so they leave the U.K. and take jobs with them. If business leave people loss jobs so are unable to support the local barber, butcher, newsagent, restaurant so they go as well losing further jobs. Without income tax, corporation tax and people spending money in the local community the snowball effect is immeasurable. Pension funds own most shopping centres, office buildings, industrial parks. Without trade and industry everyone's pension suffers! Property values reduce which means we all lose as we own they largest banks that provide the majority of mortgages in the U.K. Meaning our banks are now in negative equity. Now we have no money to put into the NHS or education or housing !
