Drove the rav 4 and the cherokee is 10 times better than the rav. Way smoother. It doesn't have a buzzy engine like that 4 banger in the rav. The AWD system is way better than the rav. The 3.2 V6 in the Cherokee is much smother and more powerful than the rav. If you want a toaster buy the rav if you want an upscale compact ute buy the Cherokee.
Lease any Chrysler product. They present a nice package. But realistically, they are not dependable. If you lease, it's on Chrysler to make the repairs. If you own, its all you baby after the warranty expires. #ChrsylerIndependability
I wouldn't even lease one. There's so many better vehicles for the same money I don't know why anyone would consider this. Someone I know leased a 2018 Compass and had to have an entire new engine put in at 20k miles. Absolute pile of junk.

The other 5% are scrupulous and will lie because they know Chryslers make up a good portion of income for their shops.
This interior is soo much nicer to see in this light color than the dark interior. Only problem is finding it on the lot as I'd say one out of 20 has this light interior in the Latitude PLUS trim. Sad.

I like the idea of the Cherokee; for what I need, the Grand Cherokee is too much vehicle, since 95% of the time I would be the only occupant, and a V-6 Cherokee would handle all my towing needs (a teardrop or small camper). But, the poor reliability/repair reputation of the Cherokee scares me off.
This particular interior is really pretty nice...too bad you can't find anything but black or black on dealer lots. (that's why most Cherokees just sit and sit on the Jeep lots)
I special ordered my ‘21 Cherokee Latitude LUX, got the Sangria Metallic and Ski Grey Napa Leather. I agree with you, the Ski Grey interior makes it look much more upscale compared to the black interior. I’ve never been fond of dark interiors personally. With the 2.0T which is the best engine in the Cherokee lineup in my opinion.

I mean yes and no. Depending how well you take care of it. Our 2019 jeep runs good as new with 30k miles on it right now.

Looks like adaptive cruise control is only available once you get to the Limited. The safety package on Latitude doesn't include it.
