You missed the stuck PCV valve, which is probably the single most common cause.

It most certainly can . It’s extremely common

Unburnt fuel, bad spark plugs, bad air fuel mixture can lead fuel to mix with engine oil..very slowly but it happens and it's very normal

This Normally happens in short distance traveling, long distance traveling shall eventually evaporate all this fuel inside the engine oil by heating the oil at optimum temp.. that's why I always avoid short distance traveling within City .. it's very bad for engine

Air absolutely does go by the pistons. And so does fuel. There's no such thing as a 100% seal in a cylinder. Even a brand new engine will allow fuel vapors to blow by the rings.

So what do I need to check

Check spark plugs, check O2 sensor or fuel regulator, check compression broken valve seal could also be a problem I haven’t fixed an issue like this so don’t take my advice too serious

First thing to check is your PCV valve. It's entire propose is to vent fuel vapors from the crank case. If it fails, and it's a common failure, then you WILL smell fuel in your oil.
